Shanna Delacey: 35, of Brewhouse Hill, Wheathampstead, was made subject to a restraining order lasting until August 19 2017, and was fined £700 plus £300 compensation and £160 costs for assaulting a woman and damaging a vase, two lamps and kitchenware at Wheathampstead on January 12.

Sharron Lemmer: 44, of Elm Walk, Radlett, was fined £120 plus £690 costs after assaulting a woman by beating in St Albans on December 30.

Philip Jeffreys: 36, of Shirley Road, St Albans, was ordered to carry out 100 hours unpaid community work and pay £100 compensation and £295 compensation for using racially aggravated threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour in St Albans on August 7.

Stephen Kennard: 35, of Vale Court, Wheathampstad, was ordered to participate in a building better relationships programme for 30 days and carry out 50 hours unpaid community work for assaulting a woman by beating in St Albans on April 9, and was ordered to pay £50 compensation and £370 costs for assaulting a police constable in the execution of her duty on April 9.

Marc Browne: 38, of Dellfield, St Albans, was fined £65 plus £255 costs after assaulting a police constable in the execution of his duty, in St Albans on August 9. He was also fined a further £65 plus £85 costs for failing to comply with a community order made on December 22.

Karen Flitton: 58, of Farrer Top, Markyate, was committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for 12 months, was banned from driving for 34 months, and was ordered to pay £50 compensation and £315 costs after assaulting a police constable in the execution of his duty and giving a breath specimen of 144mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, on the M1 at St Albans on July 15.

Ben Smith: 27, of Trumpington Drive, St Albans, was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £100 plus £220 costs after giving a blood specimen of 90mg of alcohol in 100ml of blood, in London Road, Hemel Hempstead, on January 31.

Richahrdo Santos: 34, of Ribbledale, London Colney, was banned from driving for 14 months and fined £220 plus £257 costs after giving a breath specimen of 49mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, in Verulam Road, St Albans, on August 13.

Ashleigh Holliman: 28, of Lords Close, Shenley, was fined £60 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 40mph along the 30mph A5183 Frogmore, St Albans, on February 5.

Tiberlu Neacsu: 20, of Watling Street, Radlett, was fined £50 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 36mph along the 30mph A412 Rickmansworth Road, Watford, on January 23.

Tracey Hicks: 50, of Pageant Road, St Albans, was fined £315 plus £116 and awarded three penalty points after speeding at 39mph along the 30mph A5183 Frogmore, St Albans, on February 2.

Andrea Every: 43, of Whitecroft, St Albans. was fined £50 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points after speeding at 39mph along the 30mph Drakes Drive, St Albans, on February 6.

Hassan Choudhury: 35, of Doggetts Way, St Albans, was fined £400 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points after speeding at 38mph along the 30mph A412 Scots Hill, Copthorne Road, Rickmansworth, on January 31 and speeding at 37mph along the 30mph A412 Rickmansworth Road, Watford, on the same date.

Darren Papa: 38, of Augustus Close, St Albans, was fined £650 plus £290 costs and was banned from driving for 21 days after speeding in excess of 30mph along the Watford Road at Chiswell Green on April 18.

Donna Turnbull: 50, of Harpenden Rise, Harpenden, was fined £135 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 36mph along the 30mph A4147 Maylands Avenue, Hemel Hempstead, on January 31.

Aissa Bakhti: 26, of Springfield Road, Smallford, was fined £73 plus £105 costs and awarded four penalty points for speeding at 66mph between J23-24 of the M25 when there was a 50mph speed limit in operation, on January 27.

Jenny Adams: 42, of Napsbury Lane, St Albans, was fined £80 plus £20 costs and was awarded three penalty points for speeding at 52mph along the 40mph A602 Broadhall Way, Stevenage, on January 21.

Jordan Blythe: 19, of Mount Pleasant Road, Bricket Wood, was ordered to pay £3 compensation and £235 costs after stealing food worth £3 from Marks & Spencer in St Albans on August 3.

Lukasz Doniec: 30, of Dalton Street, St Albans, was committed to prison for 26 weeks suspended for 12 months and ordered to pay £165 costs and £379.99 compensation after entering a property in East Drive, St Albans, on January 30 and stealing a £350 Ridgeback pedal cycle, stealing a Carrera mountain bike worth £379.99 in St Albans on the same date, being in possession of a number of small clear bags of amphetamine in Hatfield on March 6, and failing to surrender to bail at Hatfield police station on March 23.

Gavin Murray: 26, of Alma Road, St Albans, was fined £200 plus £10.90 compensation and £145 costs after failing to hand over a ticket for inspection en route near Radlett station on March 21.

Samantha Coombes-Jackman: 25, of Hyde View Road, Harpenden, was fined £200 plus £242 compensation and £110 costs after providing refunds on goods that were retained by the customer, intending to make a gain worth £483.93, in Harpenden between March 20 and May 5.
