Sonny Disspain: 18, of Cotlandswick, London Colney, was fined £37 plus £11.50 compensation and £140 costs for entering a train without a valid ticket, at St Albans on January 25.

Stephen Reilly: 20, of Watling Street, Radlett, was fined £500 plus £3.30 compensation and £170 costs after travelling on a railway at Elstree and Borehamwood station without having paid his fare, on February 2.

Lauren Lindsey: 22, of Bell View, St Albans, was fined £200 plus £5.80 compensation and £140 costs for travelling without a valid ticket en route near Radlett, on November 20.

Sacidulai Coyle: 26, of Kendals Close, Radlett, was fined £200 plus £8 compensation and £140 costs after failing to hand over a ticket for inspection en route near Harpenden Station on January 31.

Peter Fruen: 20, of Green Lane, St Albans, was fined £200 plus £2.70 compensation and £140 costs after failing to hand over a ticket for inspection at Hatfield station on January 28.

Donna Latham: 35, of Beningfield Drive, London Colney, was fined £35 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points for driving while using a hand-held mobile phone along London Road, St Albans, on December 8.

Paul Smith: 50, of Clarendon Road, Harpenden, was fined £55 plus £320 compensation and awarded three penalty points for using a hand-held mobile phone while driving along Station Road, Harpenden, on October 20.

Paul Thompson: 49, of The Ridgeway, St Albans, was fined £535 plus £139 costs and awarded five penalty points for driving without due care and attention at the Marshalswick Lane junction with Sainsbury’s petrol station on November 11, after turning into the path of a cycle without looking and causing him to crash, sustaining a fracture to his left arm and various cuts and bruises.

Alexander Green: 21, of Ribston Close, Shenley, was fined £400 plus £125 costs and awarded five penalty points for speeding at 63mph along the 40mph A41 North Western Avenue, Watford, on December 8.

Pratima Patel: 66, of Meadowcroft, St Albans, was fined £400 plus £125 costs and awarded six penalty points for failing to disclose the identity of the driver using her vehicle when it was involved in an offence, between November 27 and December 25.

Bashrat Hussain: 50, of Southfield Way, St Albans, was fined £600 plus £145 costs and awarded six penalty points for failing to disclose the identity of the driver using her vehicle when it was involved in an offence at Hemel Hempstead between December 31 and January 28.

XS Property Mgmt Maintenance Ltd: of Hatfield Road, St Albans, was fined £4,300 plus £3,390.12 costs for failing to obtain a licence under the Housing Act 2004 to manage a house in multiple occupation in The Runway, Hatfield, on October 3, failing to ensure all means of escape from fire were in good order and fire alarms were maintained and in good working order, all on the same date.

Bret Timlett: 43, of Ashwell Park, Harpenden, was given a 12 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £60 costs for trespassing on a railway between Park Street and St Albans Abbey stations on March 15.
