Sarah Creamer: 27, of Cherlton Close, St Albans, was fined £135 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 51mph along the 40mph A414 St Albans Road at Hemel Hempstead on September 2.

Lara King: 32, of Taylor Close, St Albans, was fined £100 plus £20 costs after stealing a £10.99 bottle of wine from Premier Express in St Albans on March 7.

Reshanlall Bhatoolaul: 43, of Ribbledale, London Colney, was given a three month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £315 costs for assaulting a woman by beating at London Colney on December 20.

Yosra Shaheen: 25, of Partridge Road, St Albans, was fined £75 plus £105 costs after being found in possession of three small bags of cannabis in St Albans on February 28, and a further £75 fine for stealing food worth £15.75 from Marks & Spencer and hair extensions worth £39.99 from Sally’s Salon in St Albans on the same date.

Dane Bowen: 24, of Sills Way, St Albans, was fined £135 plus £105 costs after being found in possession of 15g of cannabis in St Albans on February 15.

John Ryan: 30, of Gius Hill, Radlett, was fined £300 plus £3.90 compensation and £140 costs for failing to hand over a ticket for inspection at St Albans station on October 21.
