Tarquin O’Malley: 42, of Doggetts Way, St Albans, was banned from driving for 47 months and fined £350 plus £120 costs after giving a breath specimen of 91mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, and not having any insurance, at Colne Gardens in London Colney on August 24.

Mark Linfield: 34, of Alzey Gardens, Harpenden, was fined £960 plus £181, and was banned from driving for 24 months after giving a blood specimen of 214mg of alcohol in 100ml of blood, in House Lane, St Albans, on June 18, plus a further £200 for failing to surrender to custody at St Albans Magiastrates’ Court on August 19.

Brian Paddy: of Ver Meadows Caravan Site, Redbourn, was fined £200 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 47mph along the 40mph A414 St Albans Road, Hemel Hempstead, on January 24.

Michael Underwood: 21, of Burnside, St Albans, was fined £400 plus £125 costs and awarded three penalty points for driving a vehicle which was fitted with a tyre where the ply or cord was exposed, in the car park off Hasseldine Road, London Colney, on February 19.

Janzell Bal: 23, of Noke Shot, Harpenden, was fined £80 plus £20 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 36mph along the 30mph Rickmansworth Road at Watford on February 23.

Benjamin Clark: 19, of Codicote Road, Wheathampstead, was fined £50 plus £270 costs and was awarded three penalty points for driving at The Wash, Hertford, on July 25, without due care and attention.

Claire Collis: 34, of High Street, London Colney, was fined £165 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 58mph along a restricted 50mph section of the M25 between J23-24 and the M11 J23-27, on February 9.

Robert Dones: 36, of Phillimore Place, Radlett, was fined £200 plus £105 costs and was awarded three penalty points after speeding at 36mph along the 30mph A5135 Elstree Way, Borehamwood, on February 8.

Paul Fleming: 33, of Flint Way, St Albans, was fined £80 plus £20 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 59mph along a restricted 50mph section of the M25 between J23-25 on February 8.

Joanne Salter: 36, of Marten Gate, St Albans, was fined £200 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 36mph along the 30mph B5378 Allum Lane, Elstree, on February 7.

Natalie Kennedy: 35, of Hill End Lane, St Albans, was fined £200 plus £105 costs for driving without a licence in Hatfield Road, St Albans, on February 18.

Enda Martin: 28, of Tippendell Lane, St Albans, was fined £205 plus £108 costs and was awarded six penalty points for driving without insurance or a licence on the A414 North Orbital Road at Watford on February 7.

Frederick Botchway: 36, of Someries Road, Harpenden, was fined £240 plus £105 costs for assaulting a woman by beating and destroying a mobile phone in Batford on July 30.

Marco Nannini: 18, of Perham Way, London Colney, was ordered to carry out 120 hours unpaid community work, and pay £250 compensation and £360 costs for assaulting a woman by beating at St Albans on February 15.

Rafal Wrobel: 32, of Hatfield Road, Smallford, was ordered to attend probation appointments for nine months, pay £140 fine, £50 compensation and £145 costs for assaulting 
a woman by beating and damaging a television at St Albans on July 21.

Harry Whiteman: 19, of Sandridge Road, St Albans, was given a 12 month conditional discharge and fined £100 for assaulting a man by beating in St Albans on June 15.

Frank Cetera: 41, of Frobisher Road, St Albans, was fined £110 and ordered to pay £50 compensation and £105 costs after carrying out an assault by beating in St Albans on July 14.

Ryan Kavanagh: 20, of Dellfield, St Albans, was fined £200 plus £85 costs for failing to attend a Thinking Skills programme on July 14, as part of a community order imposed on February 14.

Calvin Hayward: 18, of Harris Lane, Shenley, was fined £50 plus £50 costs for breaching an anti-social behaviour order imposed on July 17 2012 preventing him from attending Alban Crescent in Borehamwood on July 21.

Jamie Carrier: 35, of Holyrood Crescent, St Albans, was fined £73 plus £105 costs for attempting to steal a leg of lamb and a bottle of Ariel Gel worth £18.33 from the Co-op in Redbourn Road, Hemel Hempstead, on June 20.

Kelly Sharp: 36, of Oysterfields, St Albans, was given a 24 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £100 costs for using threatening, abusive or insulting behaviour with intent to cause a person to believe immediate unlawful violence would be used against them, in St Albans on June 30.
