Simon Cherry: 18, of Hilldyke Road, St Albans, was fined £200 plus £4.40 compensation and £140 costs for failing to hand over a ticket for inspection near Harpenden station on May 5.

Roman Scott: 28, of Catherine Street, St Albans, was fined £200 plus £4.90 compensation and £140 costs for failing to hand over a ticket for inspection near Hendon station on April 11.

Kenneth Stevens: 25, of Manor Road, London Colney, was made subject of a restraining order until July 24 2016 and fined £400 plus £125 costs for pursuing a course of conduct which amounted to harassment in St Albans between June 16 to July 2.

Tyler Kirk: 19, of Hughenden Road, St Albans, was fined £75 plus £105 costs for being drunk and disorderly in St Albans in breach of an anti-social behaviour order, on July 23.

Vito Saponaro: 30, of Dymoke Green, St Albans, was fined £975 plus £50 compensation and £597 costs for using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause a person to believe immediate unlawful violence would be used against them, in St Albans on August 15 2013.

Wayne Tyler: 19, of Hyde View Road, Harpenden, was fined £37 plus £105 costs for being drunk and disorderly in Queensway, Hatfield, on July 4.

Lianne Tyler: 21, of Swallow Lane, St Albans, was fined £50 plus £70 costs for being drunk and disorderly in Victoria Street, St Albans, on July 3.

Calvin Hayward: 18, of Harris Lane, Shenley, was fined £50 plus £50 costs for breaching an anti-social behaviour order preventing him from entering Alban Crescent at Borehamwood on June 21.

Kelly Sharp: 36, of Oysterfields, St Albans, was given a 24 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £100 costs after using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause a fear of unlawful violence, at St Albans on June 30.

Toufiq Danba: 23, of Alexander Road, London Colney, was fined £120 plus £100 compensation and £105 costs for using racially aggravated threatening or abusive words of behaviour with the intent of causing harassment, alarm and distress, at The Forum nightclub, Hatfield, on May 1.

Chantelle Whitley: 23, of Mandeville Drive, St Albans,was fined £110 plus £105 costs for using racially aggravated threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour in St Albans on July 8.

Michael Underwood: 21, of Burnside, St Albans, was given a 12 month conditional charge and ordered to pay £100 costs after being found in possession of a wrap of cannabis at Hatfield on May 14.

Dominic Mooney: 26, of Drakes Drive, St Albans, was fined £335 plus £105 costs for being in possession of a wrap of cocaine and a wrap of cannabis in Hatfield on May 14.

Nathan Willard: 28, of Hill End Lane, St Albans, was fined £80 plus £60 costs for being in possession of a small quantity of MDMA and amphetamine in St Albans on July 7.

John Gilmartin: 58, of Bricket Road, St Albans, was committed to prison for seven days because of previous convictions, after stealing four cans of Stella Artois worth £5 from Tesco Metro in St Albans on July 22.

Bruno Apicella: 29, of High Street, London Colny, was fined £50 plus £105 costs for stealing a Great Ormond Street charity collection tin containing £15 belonging to Premier Inn in Hatfield on July 8.

Nazia Khan: 18, of Hopkins Crescent, Sandridge, was given a nine month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £100 costs after stealing items of clothing worth £43.96 belonging to H&M Stores in St Albans on January 24.

Nicholas Crosland: 35, of Bricket Road, St Albans, was given a six month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £15 costs for stealing various food and drink items worth £15.90 belonging to Marks & Spencer in St Albans on July 7.

Sarah Kerr: 45, of House Lane, St Albans, was fined £250 plus £145 costs for using a television without a licence at the above address on March 25.

SASCHA SMITH: 40, of Masefield Road, Harpenden, was fined £200 plus £150 compensation and £105 costs for carrying out an assault by beating and damaging a fridge door in Welwyn Garden City on August 22.

PAMELA COUCHMAN: 50, of Tassell Hall, St Albans, was ordered to attend treatment for alcohol dependency for six months, and pay £145 costs after carrying out an assault in St Albans on August 5.

AMANDA HODSON: 37, of New House Park, St Albans, was fined £100 and awarded three penalty points for speeding along the 30mph A5183 at Frogmore on February 5.
