Kevin Warby: 58, of The Park, Redbourn, was fined £300 plus £600 costs and £30 towards victim services, after assaulting a man by beating in Harpenden on August 16.
Humza Chaudhry: 31, of Oakwood Road, Bricket Wood, was fined £179 plus £85 costs and £31.67 vehicle excise back duty after keeping an unlicensed Honda Civic Sport at Kingsfield Road, Watford, on July 4.
Toby Wright: 33, of London Road, Flamstead, was ordered to attend 29 days of a building better relationships rehabilitation programme, was made subject to a restraining order until March 11 2020, and was fined £231 plus £85 costs after pursuing a course of conduct which amounted to harassment by repeatedly sending numerous offensive text messages, at Herts between January 1 and July 2 2017.
Sanja Brkic-Villiers: 47, of Mount Pleasant Lane, Bricket Wood, was committed to prison for 18 weeks suspended for 24 months, ordered to have treatement for alcohol dependency for nine months, banned from driving for 60 months, and ordered to pay £85 costs and £115 towards victim services, after driving a Nissan Micra along Green Lane, Hemel Hempstead, on February 9 having consumed so much alcohol that the proportion in her breath was 149mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath - more than four times the legal limit.
Ali Rafique: 25, of Camp Road, St Albans, was banned from driving for 14 months and fined £230 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services after driving a Toyota Yaris along Fishpool Street, St Albans, on December 3 having consumed so much alcohol that the proportion in his breath was 110mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath.
Simon Speer: 35, of Langley Grove, Sandridge, was fined £180 plus £36 compensation, £85 costs and £30 towards victim services after stealing an ink cartridge worth £36 from Wilkinsons in St Albans on March 8, two ink cartridges and a can of deodorant worth £40.50 from Wilkinsons on March 13, and committed an offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order imposed by West and Central Herts Magistrates’ Court on January 19.
Jakub Lica: 29, of Norris Close, London Colney, was fined £107 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services, and was awarded three penalty points after speeding at 38mph in a Skoda Octavia along the 30mph B653 Lower Luton Road, Harpenden, on October 6.
Patrick McDonagh: 37, of Wych Elms, Park Street, was fined £307 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services, and was awarded three penalty points for speeding at 51mph in a Toyota Hilux along the 40mph A414 St Albans Road, east of Wood Crescent, Hemel Hempstead, on October 2.
Sawar Shamsher: 47, of Holyrood Crescent, St Albans, was fined £161 plus £85 plus £30 towards victim services and awarded three penalty points after speeding at 38mph in a Vauxhall Meriva along the 30mph B6426 Cavendish Way, near Briars Wood, Hatfield, on October 4.
Ijaz Sheikh: 52, of St Paul’s Place, St Albans, was fined £660 plus £85 costs and £66 towards victim services, and was awarded six penalty points after driving a Vauxhall Astra without insurance along the A1(M) southbound between J2-1 at South Mimms on September 27.
Mohammed Rakin: 21, of Dellfield, St Albans, was placed under a curfew for two months with electronic monitoring between 7pm-7am until May 20, and was ordered to pay £40 costs after driving a Renault Clio while disqualified along Cavendish Way, Hatfield, on March 21.
