Luke Nimmo: 29, of The Ridgeway, St Albans, was fined £345 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services after being found in possession of a folding pocket knife in Newgate Close, St Albans, on January 31.
Paul Hayward: 39, of Hawksmoor, Shenley, was fined £200 plus £40 costs and £30 towards victim services, and was awarded eight penalty points for driving a Renault Megane without insurance, an MOT or a licence in Bell Lane, London Colney, on February 2.
Stuart Bray: 46, of The Hill, Wheathampstead, was banned from driving for 25 months and fined £769 plus £85 costs and £76 towards victim services, after driving a Ford Focus along Wheathampstead High Street on February 11 having consumed so much alcohol that the proportion in his breath was 103mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath - almost three times the legal limit.
Martin Robinson: 33, of Verulam Road, St Albans, was banned from driving for 15 months, and fined £450 plus £85 costs and £45 towards victim services after driving a Peugeot 206 along Redbourn Road, St Albans, on November 27 having consumed so much alcohol that the proportion in his breath was 57mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath.
Farah Elaboudi: 32, of Artisan Crescent, St Albans, was banned from driving for six months due to repeat offending, and fined £220 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services, after using a handheld phone while driving a Vauxhall Corsa along Ludwick Way, Welwyn Garden City, on July 8.
Christine Fountain: 62, of Burnside, St Albans, was fined £93 plus £75 compensation and £310 costs after assaulting a man by beating in St Albans on September 3. She was fined a further £500 plus £175 compensation for using racially and religiously aggravated threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour causing harassment, alarm or distress, on the same date.
Mark Shipley: 50, of Burnside, St Albans, was fined £123 plus £75 compensation for using racially and religiously aggravated threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour causing harassment, alarm or distress, in St Albans on September 3.
Victoria Brock: 27, of Hazel Road, Park Street, was given a 24 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £85 costs and £20 towards victim services after being found in possession of a wrap of cocaine in Radlett on April 29.
Arman Habib: 24, of Howland Garth, St Albans, was given a 24 month conditional discharge and to pay £85 costs and £20 towards victim services after being found in possession of a two wraps of cocaine and a small deal bag of cannabis in Watford on November 25.
Graham Beavers: 62, of Cotsmoor, St Albans, was banned from driving for six months due to repeat offending, and was fined £200 plus £300 costs and £30 towards victim services after speeding at 55mph in a Mercedes-Benz E220 SE Bluetec on the M25 between J25-24 when a temporary 40mph speed limit was in place, on February 7 2017.
William Wilks: 31, of Burrydell Lane, Park Street, was committed to prison for 16 weeks suspended for 18 months, ordered to have treatment for alcohol dependency for 30 days, and pay £275.58 compensation, £85 costs and £115 towards victim services after dishonestly receiving stolen goods, namely a DKNY purse and three bank cards, knowing them to be stolen, at St Albans on September 15, making off without paying for food and alcoholic drinks at London Colney on September 17, assaulting a police constable in the execution of his duty at Hatfield on October 18, using threatening or abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress at Berkhamstead on October 18, stealing numerous items worth £135.58 from Marks & Spencer in St Albans on January 2, failing to surrender to custody at Central Herts Magistrates’ Court on January 18, assaulting a woman by beating and damaging a window pane in Ealing on March 20 2017, entering W4 Bathroom and Heating Supplies in Chiswick as a trespasser and stealing £35 cash on September 27.
Steven Davies: 25, of Temple View, St Albans, was fined £10 and £1,391 compensation and ordered to attend a building better relationship programme for 30 days after damaging a black Audi A3, Samsung Galaxy S7, Samsung 10 tablet and Blaupunkt TV in St Albans between November 6-27 and on December 25.
