Trevor White: 67, of Coleridge Close, Hitchin, but until recently living in Bower Heath, Harpenden, was ordered to carry out 250 hours unpaid community work, was made subject to a restraining order until February 15 2019, and was ordered to pay £150 compensation and £705 costs after assaulting a woman by beating in Harpenden on May 19.

Katherine Nikitits: 51, of Chesterton Avenue, Harpenden, was fined £100 plus £650 costs after assaulting a man by beating in Harpenden on June 12.

Sean Logue: 49, of Jubilee Avenue, London Colney, was fined £166 plus £115 costs after assaulting a man by beating in St Albans on January 29, and a further £50 for failing to surrender to custody at West and Central Herts Magistrates’ Court on February 14.

Jane London: 53, of Welbeck Rise, Harpenden, was ordered to have treatment for alcohol dependency for nine months and pay £170 costs after assaulting a man by beating in Harpenden on February 24.

John Squires: 22, of White Horse Lane, London Colney, was ordered to carry out 150 hours unpaid community work and pay £280 compensation and £170 costs for damaging a window belonging to The Snug in St Albans on August 22, and a further 150 hours and £250 compensation for assault on a man causing actual bodily harm on August 22.

Emma Huntingford: 42, of Lye Lane, Bricket Wood, was committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for 12 months, and ordered to pay £150 compensation and £735 after assaulting a man by beating and stealing clothing worth £78 from Matalan, in St Albans on October 19.

Matthew Beech: 21, of Boling Brook, St Albans, was fined £135 plus £40 compensation and £115 costs after assaulting a woman by beating in St Albans on Christmas Day.

Alexis Williams: 36, of Holywell Hill, St Albans, was banned from driving for 16 months and fined £649 plus £365 costs after giving a breath specimen of 59mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, in Ritcroft Street, Hemel Hempstead, on December 14.

Zdzislaw Rutkowski: 56, of Albany Mews, St Albans, was fined £580 plus £85 costs after giving a blood specimen of 210mcg of alcohol per 100ml of blood, in Penn Road, How Wood, on February 23 2016.

Daniel Frame: 36, of Dellfield, St Albans, was committed to prison for 22 weeks and ordered to pay £249.29 compensation and £200 costs after stealing a NatWest bank card, a Barclays bank card, a purse, loyalty cards and cash in St Albans on February 12, stealing a Leatherman multi-tool in St Albans in February 12, twice fraudulently used a NatWest debit card intending to make a gain in St Albans on February 12, and twice fraudulently used a Barclays bank card intending to make a gain in St Albans on February 12.

Thomas Boylan: 25, of Oysterfields, St Albans, was fined £80 plus £215 compensation and £115 costs after receiving stolen goods - namely a Technics turntable, a Pioneer stereo receiver, and a Pioneer cassette deck - in St Albans on December 16.

Carla Callum: 28, of Walsingham Way, London Colney, was fined £80 plus £115 costs after stealing seven bottles of perfume and aftershave worth £513 from Boots in St Albans on February 7.

Andrew Niven: 38, of Scrubbitts Square, Radlett, was ordered to pay £75 compensation and £170 costs after stealing perfume worth £150 from Boots in Borehamwood on November 5, and allowing him to be carried in a vehicle taken without the owner’s consent in Borehamwood on November 26.

Simon Speer: 34, of Upper Lattimore Road, St Albans, was given a 12 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £105 costs after stealing two bottles of Lacoste aftershave from Boots in St Albans on February 12.

Tamica Gentle: 40, of Bricket Road, St Albans, was fiend £40 plus £63.99 compensation and £115 costs after stealing two bottles of fragrance from Boots in St Albans on February 10.

George Harber: 21, of Millstone Way, Harpenden, was fined £80 plus £115 costs after stealing various items of clothing worth £215.50 from Marks & Spencer in London Colney on October 28.

Mohammed Uddin: 22, of Dellfield, St Albans, was fined £200 plus £115 costs after taking a vehicle without the owner’s consent, and an additional £120 plus six penalty points for driving without insurance, in High Street, London Colney on January 2. He was fined a further £40 for driving through a red traffic light at the A1081 London Colney roundabout on the same day, and £120 for failing to surrender to custody at Central Herts Magistrates’ Court on February 13.
