Roxanne Montgomery: 28, of Lemsford Road, St Albans, was fined £400 plus £125 costs after being found in possession of a silver handled kitchen knife, in Hatfield Road, St Albans, on April 21.
Ricky Bedford: 20, of Lavender Crescent, St Albans, was fined £120 plus £400 compensation and £85 costs for damaging a door belonging to Precious Homes Ltd at St Albans on April 6, and was fined a further £120 plus £100 compensation for damaging a door, wall and chair belonging to Precious Homes Ltd at St Albans on April 10.
Kelechi Nwigwe: 43, of Centaurus Square, Frogmore, was fined £220 plus £107 costs and awarded three penalty points after speeding at 37mph along the 30mph A5183 Park Street at St Albans on November 29.
Jamie Wakenshaw: 36, of Kings Road, London Colney, was fined 380 plus £105 costs and awarded six penalty points for speeding at 52mph along the 30mph A412 Rickmansworth Road, Watford, on December 24.
Mahmod Agheli: 53, of Victoria Street, St Albans, was fined £142 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding in excess of a temporary 50mph speed limit in place between J21A and J21 on the M1 at Leicestershire on October 14.
Nikola Sarkovic: 48, of Bardwell Court, St Albans, was banned from driving for seven days and fined £126 plus £640 costs after speeding at 61mph along the M25 between J22-21A when a 50mph speed limit was in place, on October 21.
Laura Dye: 25, of Watling Street, Radlett, was fined £70 plus £30 costs and awarded three penalty points after speeding at 42mph along the 30mph A5183 Elstree Hill South on November 3, and fined a further £100 plus an additional three points for speeding at 40mph along 30mph Park Street, St Albans, on November 19.
Gary Bell: 35, of Normandy Road, St Albans, was fined £166 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points after speeding at 37mph along the 30mph A5183 Park Street, St Albans, on December 26.
Darrell Bourne: 20, of Green Lane, St Albans, was fined £240 plus £115 costs and awarded six penalty points for driving without a licence, insurance, MOT or a tax disc in Dane Street, Luton on June 30.
Janine Brooks: 26, of Bardwell Court, St Albans, was committed to prison for 30 weeks due to previous convictions, and was ordered to pay £1,378.86 compensation after using a stolen bank card to make purchases for herself in St Albans on March 16, stealing a Barclays bank card at St Albans between March 15-16, stealing £120 cash at McDonald’s London Colney on April 13, failing to surrender to custody at St Albans magistrates’ court on July 8, stealing clothing worth £820 from Ralph Lauren at Welwyn Garden City on May 10 and stealing a TV worth £145 belonging to Sainsbury’s in St Albans on March 20, and was fined £50 for failing to attend a drugs assessment at St Albans on April 19.
Justin Sycamore: 37, of Upper Lattimore Road, St Albans, was given a 12 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £143 compensation and £20 costs after stealing meat worth £40 from Hatfield Co-op on May 24.
Miles Krishnadas: 52, of New Road, Radlett, was fined £660 plus £90 costs and ordered to pay vehicle excise back duty of £134.17 after keeping an unlicensed vehicle on a public road, namely the M25 at St Albans on February 1.
Denise Martin: 35, of Pinewood Close, St Albans, was fined £440 plus £90 costs and £60 vehicle excise back duty after keeping an unlicensed vehicle on a public road, namely Woodland Drive, St Albams, on March 23.
