Aseb Khan: 33, of London Road, St Albans, was fined £73 plus £255 costs after stealing alcohol worth £83 from Sainsbury’s at Watford on August 19.

 

Janine Brooks: 26, of Coach Mews, St Albans, was committed to prison for 24 weeks and ordered to pay £241.50 compensation and £180 costs for stealing a car seat cover worth £40 from Halfords in St Albans on August 12, baby products worth £50 from Morrisons in London Road, St Albans, on July 17, clothing worth £133.50 from Marks & Spencer in St Albans on August 27, various products worth £388 from Sainsbury’s in London Colney on August 27, and three bottles of vodka, facial wipes, deodorant and shower gel worth £58.59 from Morrisons at St Albans on September 3, and for being in possession of a small bag of heroin at London Colney on August 27.

 

Ardijan Doraku: 34, of Cockle Way, Shenley, was fined £110 plus £320 costs for using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour at Cockle Way, Shenley, on December 23.

 

Andrew Kent: 38, of Watling Street, Radlett, was fined £85 plus £255 costs for using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour at Watling Street, Radlett, between August 27-30.

 

Grant Langley: 32, of Meadowcroft, St Albans, was fined £200 plus £5.95 compensation and £145 costs for travelling on a train without a valid ticket en route near St Albans on March 20.

 

John Ryan: 30, of Gius Hill, Radlett, was fined £400 plus £6.80 compensation and £315 costs for travelling on a railway near Elstree and Borehamwood Station without having previously paid his fare and with intent to avoid payment, on April 23.

 

Falilat Adeyemi: 44, of Homefield Road, Radlett, was fined £135 plus £140 costs for using a television without a licence at the above address between March 1 and April 1.

 

Kathrine Gurney: 39, of Temple View, St Albans, was fined £37 plus £140 costs for using a television without a licence at the above address on January 30.

 

Sarah Jones: 44, of Marshall Avenue, St Albans, was fined £200 plus £140 costs for using a television without a licence at the above address on March 24.

 

Carly Van-Loo: 28, of Masefield Road, Harpenden, was fined £200 plus £140 costs for using a television without a licence at the above address between February 17 and March 18.

 

John Eaglesfield: 51, of St Lawrence Way, Bricket Wood, was banned from driving for 36 months and fined £110 plus £255 costs after giving a breath specimen of 40mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, in St Lawrence Way, Bricket Wood, on August 19.

 

Soloman Manney: 21, of Watson Avenue, St Albans, was fined £335 plus £298 costs for being in possession of an imitation firearm, namely a black BB gun, in Albert Road South, Watford, on August 4.

 

Sara Ibbotson: 24, of Aldenham Grove, Radlett, was fined £235 plus £109 costs and awarded six penalty points for speeding at 57mph along the 30mph A5183 Frogmore, St Albans, on February 11.

 

Mirza Pooya: 42, of Common Lane, Radlett, was fined £700 plus £155 costs and awarded five penalty points for speeding at 48mph along the 30mph A5183 Elstree Hill South at Borehamwood on February 11.

 

Trevor Loveridge: 28, of Green Lane, St Albans, was committed to prison for 18 weeks suspended for 24 months, ordered to carry out a Thinking Skills programme for nine days, instructed to carry out 100 hours unpaid community work, awarded eight penalty points and must pay £160 costs, after driving while disqualified and without a licence in Oysterfields, St Albans on July 31.

 

Emily Beeton: 39, of Piggottshill Lane, Harpenden, was fined £200 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 61mph along the A46 Swainswick bypass, contrary to 40mph and 50mph speed limits, on February 17.

 

Marcus Guerrini: 47, of The Lawns, Shenley, was fined £65 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 36mph along the 30mph A4125 Eastbury Road, Watford, on February 4.

 

Adam Irving: 29, of Mount Pleasant Lane, Bricket Wood, was fined £465 plus £131 costs and awarded six penalty points for speeding at 50mph along the 30mph Leverstock Green Road, Hemel Hempstead, on February 9.

 

Peter Lee: of Ver Meadows Caravan Site, Redbourn, was fined £600 plus £145 costs for failing to disclose the identity of a motorist using his car when it was involved in an offence, between February 16 and March 16, and a further £600 and eight penalty points for driving without insurance on the A411 Hempstead Road, Watford, on February 9.

 

Vittorio Giubba: 23, of The Ridgeway, St Albans, was fined £280 plus £263 costs and eight penalty points for driving without due care and attention along Chorleywood Road, Rickmansworth, on April 29, waving between traffic and travelling up the inside of other road users, before attempting to overtake another vehicle using the opposite carriageway, driving towards oncoming traffic.
