Francicsa Anti: 41, of Watford Road, St Albans, was fined £100 plus £140 costs for using a television without a licence at the above address on June 4.
Benjamin Bagley: of Lower Luton Road, Harpenden, was fined £200 plus £140 costs for using a television without a licence at the above address on June 26.
Stacey Bennett: 32, of Grove Avenue, Harpenden, was fined £200 plus £140 costs for using a television without a licence at the above address on June 25.
Stefn Marsh: 31, of Admirals Walk, St Albans, was fined £73 plus £70 costs for possessing a ball of cannabis at Hatfield on October 25.
Ryan Rossiter: 22, of Temple View, St Albans, was ordered to participate in a Drink Wise programme for five days and a Thinking Skills programme for 18 days, and pay £50 compensation and £145 costs after carrying out an assault occasioning actual bodily harm, at St Albans on July 12.
