James Gilroy: 40, of Granville Road, St Albans. Damaged a wing mirror on a Transit Connect in St Albans on July 11. Given a six month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £85 costs and £20 towards victim services.

Frederick Jones: 40, of Thamesdale, London Colney. Drove an Audi A5 with an expired licence, no insurance and at 38mph along the 30mph B556 Mutton Lane at Potters Bar on September 11. Fined £1,430 plus £85 costs and £77 towards victim services. Disqualified from driving for nine months due to repeat offending. Fined a further £1,100 plus £85 costs and £66 towards victim services for driving an Audi A5 with an expired licence, no insurance and at 43mph along the 30mph B556 Mutton Lane at Potters Bar on September 5.

Lisa Worboys: 38, of Charrington Place, St Albans. Drove a Ford Fiesta on the M25 at Chorleywood between J18-19 on March 8 after having consumed so much alcohol that the proportion in her breath was 81mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, and when there was no insurance policy in place and without a licence. Fined £240 plus £85 costs and 330 towards victim services. Disqualified from driving for 20 months.

Molly Gregson: 25, of Camlet Way, St Albans. Failed to identify the motorist using her BMW 520D Sport when it was involved in an offence of speeding at 38mph along the 30mph A5183 Elstree Hill South, Borehamwood, on October 5, as required by Herts police at Stevenage on November 20. Fined £660 plus £85 costs and £66 towards victim services. Driving record endorsed with six penalty points.

John Gumble: 31, of Watson Avenue, St Albans. Drove a Ford Transit while not wearing a seat belt on Victoria Street, St Albans, on October 8. Fined £220 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services.

Louise Wesley: 23, of High Street, London Colney. Drove a Vauxhall Corsa in Sandridge Road, St Albans, having consumed so much alcohol that the proportion in his breath was 47mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. Fined £184 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services.

Kevin Barclay-Webb: 56, of Howe Close, Shenley. Drove a Nissan Qashqai on the A1 motorway at St Albans on March 7 while disqualified. Fined £235 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services.

Batsirai Nyamupingidza: 22, of Watson Avenue, St Albans, Drove a Volkwagen Polo without due care and attention on Hatfield Road, St Albans, on July 20. He was seen by a police helicopter to be travelling at high speeds and appeared to be racing two other vehicles. The driver overtook another vehicle at high speed on a bend, causing a motorist coming the opposite way to take evasive action to avoid a collision. Also found to be driving a vehicle with a worn front offside tyre. Fined £160 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services. Driving record endorsed with six penalty points.

Stuart Wilson: 46, of High Street, Redbourn. Between February 26 and March 20 at St Albans sent pestering and harassing text messages and emails in breach of a non-molestation order made on February 19 at Watford. Fined £480 plus £85 costs and £48 towards victim services.

John Gilmartin: 63, of Beeching Close, Harpenden. Stole several food and drink items worth £26.75 belonging to the Co-op in Harpenden on March 6. Fined £40 plus £30 towards victim services.
