Hollie Jones: 32, of Springfield Crescent, Harpenden. Assaulted a police officer acting in the exercise of her functions, in Harpenden on January 31. Fined £80 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services.
Richard O'Sullivan: 55, of Grimthorpe Close, St Albans. Assaulted a man by beating in St Albans on October 7 and used threatening or abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress in St Albans on July 20. Ordered to carry out rehabilitation activities for a maximum of 25 days. Fined £25 plus £85 costs and £85 towards victim services. Fined a further £50 for committing an offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order made by West and Central magistrates' court on September 7 2017 for assaulting by beating on June 24 2017.
Sean McGetrick: 36, of Sleapcross Gardens, Smallford. Assaulted a woman by beating in London Colney on November 18. Made subject to a restraining order until March 14 2021. Fined £300 and to be detained in the courthouse, with detention deemed served by reason of time already spent in custody.
Ahmed Masry: 33, of Haseldine Road, London Colney. Drove a Piaggo Vespa at 38mph in the 30mph Luton Road, opposite Liscombe Road, Dunstable, on July 24. Fined £196 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services. Driving record endorsed with three penalty points.
Warren Davison: 35, of Upper Lattimore Road, St Albans. Drove a Peugeot 307 in Hyde Way, WGC, on January 15, without insurance. Banned from driving for six months due to repeat offending. Fined £660 plus £85 costs and £66 towards victim services.
Stephen Herbert: 46, of Russet Drive, St Albans. Failed to give information relating to the driver of his Ford Focus who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence, in Stevenage between June 1-28 2018. Fined £660 plus £85 costs and £66 towards victim services. Driving record endorsed with six penalty points.
Zeki Parlak: 21, of Norris Close, London Colney. Failed to stop a BMW 120D in North Orbital Road, Colney Heath, on December 7, when required to do so by a uniformed police constable. Fined £80 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services.
Constantin Popescu: 29, of Watling Street, Radlett. Drove an Audi A4 without due care and attention in Hartspring Lane, Bushey, on June 30, failing to stop in time in relation to a stationary vehicle ahead, thereby colliding with it and causing damage and injury to the driver. Fined £440 plus £85 costs and £44 towards victim services. Driving record endorsed with six penalty points.
Vincent Freeman: 23, of Hilltop, Redbourn. Drove a Ford Fiesta without due care and attention in Lybury Lane, Redbourn, on June 24. Lybury Lane is a rural single track road with passing places, and blind bends, and the driver of an oncoming Ford Galaxy had moved over to the nearside after seeing the defendant coming around the corner, but Freeman has been travelling at a
speed that was inappropriate for the road, and the two vehicles collided head on. Both vehicles sustained extensive damage to the front end, bonnets, bumpers, grills, offside front panels, front offside wheels, and windscreens. All the passengers in the other car were injured, two seriously. Fined £320 plus £500 costs and £32 towards victim services. Banned from driving for three months.
