CHARLOTTE GOWERS: 26, of Tennyson Road, St Albans, was fined £500 and ordered to pay costs of £170 for using a TV without a licence at the above address on March 14.

SUSANNA KIFF: 40, of Masefield Road, Harpenden, was fined £400 and ordered to pay costs of £160 for using a TV without a licence at the above address on March 17.

Richard O’Sullivan: 51, of Grosvenor Road, St Albans, was fined £120 plus £105 costs for drinking alcohol within the St Albans council area, in breach of an anti-social behaviour order imposed on July 4, 2013, and using threatening or abusive words or behaviour at St Albans on June 26, and two counts of using abusive and threatening language in breach of the same ASBO in St Albans on June 27. A suspended sentence imposed on April 3 was extended by three months because of these further offences.

Mazidur Muhit: 19, of North Cottages, London Colney, was fined £30 plus £50 costs and ordered to pay £6.10 compensation after entering a train at St Albans without a valid ticket on February 21.

Peter McDonald: 47, of London Road, Shenley, was fined £300 plus £115 costs and awarded six penalty points for driving without insurance in Porters Park Drive, Shenley, on November 11.

Mir Ali: 50, of Blenheim Mews, Shenley, was fined £100 plus £20 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 76mph along the M1 at Bedfordshire on December 7.

Sophie Armour: 27, of Porters Hill, Harpenden, was fined £800 plus £145 costs and awarded eight penalty points for driving without insurance or a licence along the A1081 London Road at Harpenden on December 9.

Lewis Gorman: 34, of Norris Close, London Colney, was fined £200 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points for driving while using a hand-held mobile phone at Bridge Road, Welwyn Garden City, on December 9.

Gary Dickinson: 50, of Broadley Gardens, Shenley, was fined £200 plus £105 costs and was awarded three penalty points for speeding at 36mph along the 30mph A5135 Elstree Way, Borehamwood, on December 29.

Anthony Barber: 33, of Drakes Drive, St Albans, was fined £40 plus £40 costs for not wearing a seat belt in Vincents Drive, St Albans, on January 3.

Peter Bell: 48, of Maple Avenue, St Albans, was fined £100 and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 62mph along a stretch of the M25 between J24-23 when there was a temporary 50mph speed limit in place, on October 10 2013.

Daniel Blight: 26, of Cowper Road, Harpenden, was fined £150 plus £325 costs after driving without due care and attention on the A414 North Orbital Road at St Albans on March 9 2012.

Robert Goonewardena: 45, of Radlett Road, Frogmore, was fined £135 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 36mph along the 30mph A5183 Park Street at St Albans on December 26.

Terence Dunne: 79, of Cagepond Road, Shenley, was fined £200 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 38mph along the 30mph A5135 Elstree Way at Borehamwood on December 30, and fined a further £100 for driving with an expired licence on the same date.

Benjamin Noy: 33, of Smug Oak Lane, Bricket Wood, was fined £135 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 36mph along the A5183 Park Street, St Albans, on December 28.

Adam Brown: 23, of Corinium Gate, St Albans, was fined £50 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding along the B653 Lower Luton Road, Harpenden, in excess of 30mph, on December 28. He was also fined a further £150 for failing to provide information relating to the identity of a driver guilty of an offence using his vehicle between January 28-February 25.

Jamie Nailard: 48, of Roestock Lane, Colney Heath, was fined £200 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points after speeding at 58mph along the M25 between J23-24 when a temporary 50mph speed limit was in place, on January 5.

Suzie Shakespeare: 43, of Green Lane, St Albans, was fined £80 plus £20 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 50mph along the 40mph A4147 Hemel Hempstead Road at Hemel Hempstead on December 5.

Teena Ferguson: 44, of Meadow Walk, Harpenden, was fined £165 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points, after speeding at 38mph along the 30mph A1000 Broadwater Road, Welwyn Garden City, on December 31.

Peter Canagasuriam: 66, of Birchwood, Shenley, was fined £100 plus £105 costs for using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause harassment, alarm or distress, at Watford on April 12.
