Glen Reynolds: 45, of Phillimore Place, Radlett, was fined £150, ordered to pay costs of £105 and awarded three penalty points on his licence for driving at 40mph on the 30mph Furzehill Road, Borehamwood, on January 25.

Carolyn Puttnam: 34, of Trumpignton Drive, St Albans, was fined £120, ordered to pay costs of £105 and awarded four penalty points on her licence for driving at 37mph on the 30mph Park Street, St Albans, on December 12.

Fatima Shaheen: 48, of Partridge Road, St Albans, was fined £135 and ordered to pay costs of £105 for driving wihtout a valid test certificate on Holywell Hill, St Albans, on January 11.

Guy Thomas: 44, of Sandhurst Court, Harpenden, was fined £250, ordered to pay costs of £105 and awarded three penalty points on his licence for driving at 37mph on the 30mph Lower Luton Road, Harpenden, on January 21.

Becky Dancer: 27, of Marford Road, Wheathampstead, was fined £300, ordered to pay costs of £115 and awarded six penalty points on her licence for driving without insurance on Drovers Way, St Albans, on November 6, 2012.

Kamon Geoghegan: 54, of Mount Drtive, Park Street, was fined £83, ordered to pay costs of £320 and awarded four penalty points on his licence for driving at 46mph on the 30mph Grace Way, Stevenage, on December 7.

Andrew Stone: 34, of Bakers Court, St Albans, was fined £600, ordered to pay costs of £260 and disqualified from driving for 12 months for driving a large goods vehicle in the car park of the Peacock public house in St Albans whilst unfit to drive through drink on May 22.

Khaleed Ur-Ehman: 35,of Brampton Road, St Albans, was committed to prison for eight weeks for stealing a television to the value of £199.99 from Morrisons store in St Albans on July 2. He was sentenced to a further 12 weeks in prison consecutively for stealing a television to the value of £359.99 from Morrisons in St Albans on July 25. He was also sentenced to eight weeks in prison for stealing three joints of meat worth £69.25 from Marks & Spencer in St Albans on August 13 and a further four weeks for being in possession of a foil-lined bag for use in the course of or connection with theft in St Albans on the same date. He was also sentenced to four weeks in prison for stealing meat to the value of £60 from Morrisons in St Albans on August 21.

Hilary Davis: 56, of Buttermere Close, St Albans, was committed to prison for 18 months, suspended for two years and ordered to pay costs of £165 for giving a sample of 129mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath while driving in Camp Road, St Albans, on August 7.

Anna Shawe: 30, of Ashtree Court, St Albans, was fined £400, ordered to pay costs of £125 and disqualified from driving for 14 months after giving a sample of 57mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath while driving in Lybury Lane, Redbourn, on August 8.

Adam Boon: 39, of Cottonmill Crescent, St Albans, was fined £200, and ordered to pay compensation of £10.40 and costs of £140 for travelling by train without a valid ticked en route near Radlett on May 11.

Grant Weston: 21, of Waldegrave Park, Harpenden, was fined £45, and ordered to compensation of £3.80 and costs of £140 for failing to hand over a valid ticket for inspection at St Albans Station on March 8.

GEMMA WAKELING: 18, of Newgate Close, St Albans, was fined £35 and ordered to pay £11 compensation and £80 costs after failing to hand over a valid ticket for inspection at St Albans station on April 27.

ASHLEY ALEXANDER: 19, of Longfield Road, Harpenden, was fined £700 plus 37 compensation and £190 costs for travelling on a railway without having previously paid his fare and with intention to avoid payment, near St Albans station on April 17

GARY KAMARA: 51, of Upper Lattimore Road, St Albans, was fined £200 plus £5.50 compensation and £140 costs after failing to hand over a ticket for inspection at Harpenden on April 16.

JAMES GEACH: 25, of Granvill Road, St Albans, was fined £200 plus £4.80 compensation and £140 costs for failing to hand over a valid ticket for inspection at St Albans station on April 17.

TAMIKA GENTLE: 36, of Woollam Crescent, St Albans, was committed to prison for 18 weeks suspended for 12 months, and ordered to pay £350 compensation and £165 costs after stealing a handbag and its contents in St Albans on June 30.

DANIEL SMITH: 22, of Langham Close, St Albans, was fined £70 plus £105 costs for being in possession of 8g of herbal cannabis in Langham Close, St Albans, on July 19.

TERRENCE WHITE: 65, of Lawrance Road, St Albans, was fined £200 plus £105 costs for being in possession of 125g of cannabis resin in St Albans on July 30.
