Steven Hunt, 39, of Orchard Close, Radlett, was ordered to participate in a Drinkwise programme for five days, and pay £2,000 compensation and £145 costs after carrying out an assault by beating on a man in Radlett on July 26.

Tevin Charles, 19, of Long Acres, St Albans, was made subject to a curfew for eight weeks from 9pm-7am on Fridays and Saturdays, and pay £250 compensation and £250 costs after carrying out an assault by beating on a man in St Albans on August 31.

Ashley Stapleton, 19, was ordered to carry out 120 hours unpaid community work and pay £250 compensation and £250 costs after carrying out an assault by beating on a man in St Albans on August 31.

Drugs offences

Daniel Tavernier, 32, of The Uplands, Bricket Wood, was fined £165 plus £105 costs after being found in possession of a bag of herbal cannabis in St Albans on July 8.

Criminal damage

Jamie Harrowell, 28, of St Leonards Crescent, Sandridge, was made subject to a restraining order until February 4 and ordered to pay £420 compensation after damaging a window in Watford on May 12.

Sam Littlechild, 19, of Caesars Road, Wheathampstead, was given a 12 month conditional discharge, and ordered to pay £400 compensation and £100 costs after damaging three cars in Necton Road, Wheathampstead, on July 6.

Theft

Simon Fisher, 25, of Linden Road, Redbourn, was ordered to attend probation appointments for 12 months and pay £100 costs after stealing cash to a value of £395 electronically between June 4-5 at Redbourn.

Gary Jakeman, 24, of Bardwell Court, St Albans, was fined £175 plus £105 costs after stealing two DVD box sets worth £62 from Tesco Stores in St Albans on August 23.

Drink-driving

Sanja Brkic-Villers, 42, of Mount Pleasant Lane, Bricket Wood, was banned from driving for 36 months and fined £110 plus £105 costs after giving a breath specimen of 76mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, in Oakwood Road, Bricket Wood, on July 18.

Howard Long, 53, of Mereden Court, St Albans, was banned from driving for 21 months and fined £110 plus £105 costs after giving a breath specimen of 87mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, in Drakes Drive, St Albans, on July 26.

Trevor Callaghan, 56, of Vesta Avenue, St Albans, was banned from driving for 43 months, and fined £00 plus £145 costs after giving a breath specimen of 72mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, on the A405 North Orbital Road at St Albans on July 16. He was fined a further £600 for not having any insurance on the same date.

Richard De Smith, 43, of TLC Carpet Cleaners, High Street, Wheathampstead, was banned from driving for 18 months, and fined £540 plus £454 costs after giving a breath specimen of 67mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, in St Albans Road, Sandridge, on May 23, and for not having any insurance on the same date.

Motoring offences

Alan Hardey, 49, of Temple View, St Albans, was fined £85 plus £220 costs and awarded five penalty points for failing to report an accident which took place in Cannon Street, St Albans, on January 19, to the police within 24 hours.

John Wright, 48, of Kendals Close, Radlett, was fined £65 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding along the 30mph A412 Rickmansworth Road at Watford on October 28.

Kathrina Reilly, 24, of Hill End Lane, St Albans, was fined £135 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 49mph along the 40mph A1057 Hatfield Road at St Albans on January 6.

Susana Rodriguez, 40, of Lower Gustard Wood, Wheathampstead, was fined £135 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding in excess of 30mph along the B653 Lower Luton Road at Harpenden on January 8, plus a further £135 plus £85 costs and another three points for speeding along the same road on January 15.

Nella Ragumoorthy, 36, of Sandpit Lane, St Albans, was fined £40 plus £20 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 46mph along the 40mph A4147 Hemel Hempstead Road, Hemel Hempstead, on January 6.

Paul Taylor, 53, of Russell Court, Bricket Wood, was fined £37 plus £20 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 48mph along the 40mph A10 Great Cambridge Road at Cheshunt on January 5.

Gareth Spooner, 46, of Westfield Road, Harpenden, was fined £200 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 36mph along the 30mph Lower Luton Road on January 5.

Mohammed Yasin, 26, of Holyrood Crescent, St Albans, was fined £600 plus £145 for driving without insurance in Watling Street, St Albans on october 30.

Henry Salvadori, 24, of Salisbury Avenue, St Albans, was fined £135 plus £130 costs for failing to insure a vehicle under the requirements of section 144A of the Road Traffic Act 1988, in St Albans on March 8.

Sam Barrett, of Cutmore Drive, Colney Heath, was fined £200 plus £130 costs for failing to insure a vehicle under the requirements of section 144A of the Road Traffic Act 1988, in Colney Heath on March 15.

Habiba Begum, 23, of Belmont Hill, St Albans, was fined £400 plus £105 costs for driving along Seaman Close, Park Street, on January 8 without an MOT or tax disc.

Public order offences

Howard Black, 48, of Bricket Road, St Albans, was fined £55 for being drunk in a public place in St Albans on May 26 and swearing in the specified area in breach of an anti-social behaviour order imposed on November 19, 2012. He was fined a further £55 plus £105 costs for being abusive and drunk in public within St Albans on August 5.

Thomas Gravestock, 30, of Black Boy Wood, Bricket Wood, was fined £73 plus £105 costs after being drunk and disorderly in Longspring, Watford, on July 28.
