Mohammed Nikbakhtfini, 57, of Watling Street, Radlett, was fined �80 and ordered to pay �100 costs for stealing four ink cartridges worth �67.17 from Costco Stores in Bushey on May 18.

Public order offences

Leanne Tyler, 19, of Hyde View Road, Harpenden, was fined �100 and ordered to pay costs of �35 for failing to comply with a direction by a police constable to leave a locality in St Albans on July 17. She was also fined �100 for using threatening, abusive or insulting words in St Albans on Juky 25.

Motoring offences

Kenneth Cooklin, 74, of Williams Way, Radlett, was fined �200, ordered to pay costs of �100 and awarded three penalty points on his licence for driving at 46mph on the 40mph Theobald Street, Radlett, on March 2.

Fayhan Alkahtani, 29, of High Street, London Colney, was fined �80, ordered to pay costs of �100 and awarded eight penalty points on his licence for driving without a licence and insurance in High Street, London Colney, on September 21.

Drink driving

Hayley Angell, 40, of Waldegrave Park, Harpenden, was fined �110, ordered to pay costs of �100 and disqualified from driving for 41 months after giving a sample of 164mg of alcohol per 100ml of blood while driving in Camp Road, St Albans, on July 13.

Kim Frosdick, 49, of Carlisle Avenue, St Albans, was committed to prison for six weeks, suspended for 12 months, subjected to a curfew between 7pm and 7am daily for 12 weeks and required to participate in a drink impaired drivers programme, ordered to pay costs of �85 and disqualified from driving for 30 months after giving a sample of 126mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath while driving in Carlisle Avenue, St Albans, on August 17.

Patrick Fitzgerald, 43, of Grove Road, Harpenden, was fined �500, ordered to pay costs of �100 and disqualified from driving for 15 months after giving a sample of 55mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath while driving in Grove Road, Harpenden, on August 28.

Daryl Charran, 36, of Ladies Grove, St Albans, was fined �350, ordered to pay costs of �100 and disqualified from driving for 17 months after giving a sample of 62mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath while driving in Howlands, Welwyn Garden City, on September 8.

Josef Klie, 65, of Wallingford Walk, St Albans, was fined �200, ordered to pay costs of �100 and disqualified from driving for 14 months after giving a sample of 46mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath while driving in Trumpington Drive, St Albans, on September 9. He was fined a further �100 causing an accident causing damage to a fence.

Helen Pratt, 32, of Bennetts Close, Colney Heath, was fined �37 and ordered to pay costs of �35 for using a TV without a licence at the above address on February 28.

David Aldridge, 47, of Hill Street, St Albans, was fined �200 and ordered to pay costs of �75 for using a TV without a licence at the above address on May 10.

Nicola Crotty, 31, of Hilltop, Redbourn, was fined �200 and ordered to pay costs of �75 for using a TV without a licence at the above address on March 2.

Brian Gosling, 40, of Newgate Close, St Albans, was fined �37 and ordered to pay costs of �25 for using a TV without a licence at the above address on March 10.

Lisa Sandiford, 31, of Watson Avenue, St Albans, was fined �200 and ordered to pay costs of �75 for using a TV without a licence at the above address on May 9.

David Adeoye, 53, of St Edmunds Walk, St Albans, was fined �200 and ordered to pay costs of �75 for using a TV without a licence at the above address on February 6.

Julie Goom, 57, of Old Watford Road, Bricket Wood, was fined �200 and ordered to pay costs of �75 for using a TV without a licence at the above address on March 13.

Assault

Imran Durrani, 40, of Stanhope Road, St Albans, was committed to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months, ordered to pay compensation of �200 and costs of �300 for assault in St Albans on June 1.

Drugs offences

Nathan Golder, 19, of Bardwell Court, St Albans, was fined �50 and ordered to pay costs of �55 for possessing several small bags of cannabis in St Albans on May 16.
