Stefano Bazzinotti: 40, of Park Street Lane, Park Street, was committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 24 months, ordered to carry out 200 hours unpaid community work, and pay costs of £165 after producing 18 cannabis plants at St Albans on August 13.
Gary Jakeman: 24, of Artisan Crescent, St Albans, was fined £200 plus £4.80 compensation and £140 costs after failing to hand over a ticket for inspection between Apsley and Watford Junction on September 29.
Liam Farr: 18, of Grimthorpe Close, St Albans, was fined £200 plus £14.10 compensation and £140 costs for failing to hand over a ticket for inspection at St Albans station on January 20.
James Goldstein: 23, of Oysterfields, St Albans, was fined £37 plus £13.60 compensation and £70 costs after entering a train without a valid ticket to travel, at Radlett on January 20.
Aaron Leach: 18, of Olive Close, St Albans, was fined £37 plus £2.60 compensation and £140 costs after failing to hand over a ticket for inspection between Park Street and St Albans Abbey on October 24.
Vasile Miron: 32, of Spicer Street, St Albans, was fined 3160 plus £105 costs after using threatening or abusive words or behaviour in St Albans on April 1.
Damion Long: 28, of Beech Crescent, Wheathampstead, was ordered to pay £260 costs and attend 41 probation sessions for abuse after assaulting a woman by beating on October 18, pursuing a course of harassment between October 21-25, and assaulting a police constable in the execution of his duty on October 18.
Robiul Islam: 23, of Grenadier Close, St Albans, was ordered to participate in 41 probation sessions for abuse and pay a fine of £150 plus £147 costs and 320 compensation after assaulting a woman by beating, damaging a wooden chair and using violence for the purpose of securing entry into premises, in St Albans on March 8.
Brandon Moriarty: 18, of Pippin Close, Shenley, was fined £80 plus £105 costs after attempting to steal a Ralph Lauren polo shirt worth 341.98 from Costco in Watford on February 4.
Jodice O’Sullivan: 18, of Lavender Crescent, St Albans, was given a six month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £200 compensation and £15 costs after damaging an external wall to a studio flat belonging to Precious Homes, at St Albans on February 13.
Hadyn Runnacles: 21, of Alexander Road, London Colney, was ordered to carry out 80 hours unpaid community work and pay £80 compensation and £145 costs for damaging a keep left bollard belonging to Herts Highways and a wooden bench worth £80 at London Colney on April 3. He received no separate penalty for using threatening, abusive words or behaviour on the same date.
Dylan Bradshaw: 18, of London Road, St Albans, was given a 12 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £100 costs after stealing two satnavs and a pair of sunglasses from Watford on November 15.
Peter Maasa: 42, of Holywell Hill, St Albans, was given a 12 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £100 costs after stealing four boxes of Olay face cream worth £26.60 from Sainsbury’s in St Albans on February 17.
Janine Brooks: 24, of Bardwell Court, St Albans, was ordered to pay £250 compensation and £40 costs for stealing £100 worth of make-up from Sainsbury’s in St Albans on March 7.
Stefan Jakeman: 23, of Bardwell Court, St Albans, was given a 12 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £35.72 compensation and £100 costs after stealing meat items worth £35.72 from Morrisons in St Albans on March 26.
Jack Woods: 18, of Wood End, Park Street, was banned from driving for 14 months and fined £100 plus £105 costs after giving a urine specimen of 156mg of alcohol per 100ml of urine, at St Albans on February 15, and a further £125 for driving without insurance or a licence.
Ivan Strina: 28, of North Orbital Road A414, St Albans, was banned from driving for 20 months and fined £200 plus £100 costs after giving a breath specimen of 83mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, in Coursers Road, London Colney, on March 28, and a further £200 for driving without insurance.
Andrew Jackson: 47, of The Common, Kinsbourne Green, was banned from driving for 20 months, and fined £400 after giving a breath specimen of 70mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, at The Common, Kinsbourne Green, on May 31, and fined a further £135 for driving without a licence. He was also fined £400 plus £100 compensation and £720 costs for assaulting a police constable in the execution of his duty on the same date.
Catherine Bajpai: 51, of Crouch Hall Lane, Redbourn, was banned from driving for 27 months and fined £147 after giving a breath specimen of 115mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, in Dunstable Road, Redbourn on February 13.
Tania Colyer: 41, of Grove Road, Harpenden, was banned from driving for 14 months and fined £400 plus £115 costs after giving a breath specimen of 47mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, in Grove Road, Harpenden on March 15.
David Stevens: 33, of Marshalls Way, Wheathampstead, was banned from driving for 15 months and fined £400 plus £125 costs after giving a breath specimen of 54mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, in St Albans Road, Watford on April 6.
Vito Torrano: 52, of Harris Lane, Shenley, was banned from driving for 21 months and fined £100 plus £105 costs after giving a breath specimen of 89mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, in Newcome Road, Shenley on April 7.
Frances Hastings: 46, of Doggetts Way, St Albans, was fined £200 plus £140 costs after using a television without a licence at the above address on October 2.
Lesley Jell: 33, of Artisan Crescent, St Albans, was fined £400 plus £200 costs after using a television without a licence at the above address on November 26.
