Liam Garrett: 24, of Hill End Lane, St Albans, was ordered to carry out 40 hours unpaid community work and pay £100 compensation and £160 costs for carrying out an assault by beating at London Colney on February 22.

Stephen Miles: 43, of Martin Court, St Albans, was fined £37 and ordered to pay £9 compensation and £140 costs for remaining in a reserved seat on a train when not the holder of a valid ticket entitling him to be in that place, near Harpenden station on January 28.

Jordan Curtis: 23, of Lectern Lane, St Albans, was fined £200, and ordered to pay compensation of £4.50 and costs of £145 for failing to hand over a valid ticket for inspection while travelling by train near Watford Junction on December 7, 2013.

Terrii Bygrave: 27, of Sanders Close, London Colney, was fined £300 plus £150 costs for using a television without a licence at the above address between January 10 and February 11.

Ann Quirke: 50, of Batchwood Drive, St Albans, was fined £200 and ordered to pay costs of £130 for driving without insurance in St Albans on November 6, 2013.

Josephe Strohm: 26, of Chequer Street, St Albans, was fined £183 and ordered to pay costs of £60 for entering a building as a trespasser with intent to steal in Hitchin on February 11.

Zachari Wilding: 22 of Belmont Hill, St Albans, was fined £73, and ordered to pay compensation of £50 and costs of £105 for breaking a glass window to a garage at St Albans on May 15. He was also fined £73 for possessing three small wraps of cannabis at St Albans on May 17, and a further £10 for destroying a sliding door at St Albans City Hospital and £10 for destroying a custody issue pillow on November 10.
