Motoring offences

Terrance Bridges, 48, of Coursers Road, Colney Heath, was fined £300, ordered to pay costs of £100 and awarded six penalty points on his licence for driving without insurance on Hempstead Road, Watford on February 20.

Memet Oguz, 29, of Harris Lane, Shenley, was banned from driving for six months and fined £100 plus £100 costs for driving without insurance in Shenley Road, Borehamwood, on September 29, 2012.

Robert McCandless, 83, of Frogmore Street, St Albans, was fined £600 plus £145 costs and awarded eight penalty points for driving without insurance, MOT, tax disc or licence in Watford Road, St Albans, on January 12.

Adrian Kirwan, 42, of Woodcock Hill, Sandridge, was fined £40 plus £20 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 38mph along the 30mph Leverstock Green Road, Hemel Hempstead, on October 8.

Jonathan Brown, 33, of Newgate Close, St Albans, was fined £60 plus £20 costs for displaying registration plates which failed to comply with the Road Vehicles (Display of Registration Marks) Regulations 2001, in that the lettering was made up of light and dark shading instead of the standard block colour, in St Albans Road, South Mimms, on December 13.

Christine Fadhel, 51, of Gainsborough Avenue, St Albans, was fined £60 plus £20 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 37mph along the 30mph A1057 Hatfield Road, St Albans, on October 23.

Alan Grant, 35, of Phillimore Place, Radlett, was fined £200 and ordered to pay costs of £105 after being the registered owner of a vehicle failed to deliver the relevant documentation relating to the transfer of the vehicle to a person who was not a vehicle trader on September 29, 2012.

Shaun O’Connor, 45, of London Road, Markyate, was fined £185 and ordered to pay costs of £110 after being the registered owner of a vehicle failed to deliver the relevant documentation relating to the transfer of the vehicle to a person who was not a vehicle trader on October 10, 2012.

Liridan Osmani, 28, of Watling Street, Radlett, was fined £200 and ordered to pay costs of £110 after being the registered owner of a vehicle failed to deliver the relevant documentation relating to the transfer of the vehicle to a person who was not a vehicle trader on November 13, 2012.

Stephen Bailey, 43, of High Street, Markyate, was fined £200, ordered to pay costs of £105 and awarded six penalty points on his licence for driving without insurance on Pickford Road, Markyate, on November 18, 2012.

Jamie Hurst, 27, of North Close, St Albans, was fined £80, ordered to pay costs of £105 and awarded three penalty points on his licence for using a hand-held mobile phone while driving on Dalton Way, Watford, on November 23, 2012.

Richard Vanston, 29, of High Street, Harpenden, was fined £200 and ordered to pay costs of £110 after being the registered owner of a vehicle failed to deliver the relevant documentation relating to the transfer of the vehicle to a person who was not a vehicle trader on November 26, 2012.

Nicholas Aylieff, 44, of Shepherds Row, Redbourn, was fined £375, ordered to pay costs of £122 and awarded five penalty points on his licence for driving without insurance in King Harry Lane, St Albans, on October 14, 2012.

Diana Hermosa, 30, of Oakwood Road, Bricket Wood, was fined £115, ordered to pay costs of £105 and awarded three penalty points on her licence for driving without a valid licence in Oakwood Road, Bricket Wood on January 11.

Richard Kershaw, 31, of Brook Court, Radlett, was fined £115 and ordered to pay costs of £105 for driving a vehicle without a valid test certificate in Dalton Way, Watford, on October 17, 2012.

John Britton, 65, of High Street, Colney Heath, was fined £120, ordered to pay costs of £105 and awarded three penalty points on his licence for driving without due care and attention at Colney Heath on February 16.

Catherine Brown, 40, of Batford Road, Harpenden, was fined £120, ordered to pay costs of £105 and awarded three penalty points on her licence for driving at 40mph on the 30mph Lower Luton Road, Harpenden, on October 5, 2012.

Siobhan Byrne, 40, of Greenwood Gardens, Shenley, was fined £65, ordered to pay costs of £100 and awarded three penalty points on her licence for driving at 46mph on the 40mph St Albans Road, Hemel Hempstead, on September 22, 2012.

Craig Sutherland, 36, of High Street, London Colney, was fined £200 and ordered to pay costs of £105 for failing to comply with a no entry sign while driving on North Western Avenue, Watford, on December 6, 2012.

Public order offences

Clive Bostock, 47, of Beverley Gardens, St Albans, was fined £265 and ordered to pay costs of £111.50 for urinating in a public place and exposing himself on April 28.

Harry Appleford, 23, of Ringway Road, Park Street, was fined £100 and ordered to pay costs of £100 for using threatening, abusive or insulting words at Watford on May 6.

Nouredine Erratab, 45, of Holyrood Crescent, St Albans, was fined £85 and ordered to pay costs of £320 for dmaging a police van and a further £85 for using threatening, abusive or insulting language at Hatfield on March 13. He was also fined £70 for possessing a small bag of cannabis and a further £70 for damaging a police cell at Hatfield on the same date.

Michael Palmer, 21, of Pickford Hill, Harpenden, was fined £200 and ordered to pay costs of £105 for damaging a double-glazed window belonging to Aldwyck Housing Association at St Albans on April 27. He was also fined £200 for resisting a police officer in the execution of her duty.

Rail fare evasion

Megan Eaglesfield, 20, of Radlett Road, Radlett, was fined £400 and ordered to pay costs of £160 and compensation of £12.60 for travelling by train without a valid ticket near Harpenden Station on January 28.

TV licence evasion

Carl Clark, 25, of Norris Close, London Colney, was fined £200 and ordered to pay costs of £110 for using a TV without a licence at the above address between January 7 and February 8.

Niki Panayiotou, 32, of Holyrood Crescent, St Albans, was fined £400 and ordered to pay costs of £105 for using a TV without a licence at the above address on August 7, 2012.

Julie Vaccarella, 31, of Cotlandswick, London Colney, was fined £400 and ordered to pay costs of £130 for using a TV without a licence at the above address between January 7 and February 8.

Julie Whiteaker, 31, of Nurseries Road, Wheathampstead, was fined £400 and ordered to pay costs of £130 for using a TV without a licence at the above address on November 29, 2012.

Dangerous dog

Alvin Khumalo, 22, of Thirlmere Drive, St Albans, was given a one year conditional discharge, ordered to pay £100 costs and told to have his American pit bull terrier dog Shay micro-chipped, tattooed, spayed, muzzled in public places, kept on a lead no longer than two metres and registered for third-party liability insurance, otherwise it will be destroyed, having had custody of a dog which was subject to section 1 of the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991, in St Albans on December 21.
