Theft

Beverley Shearon, 45, of West Avenue, St Albans, was fined £100 plus £285 costs for stealing pet products and make-up worth £33.81 from Sainsbury’s in St Albans on November 6.

Breach of ASBO

Jason Tracey, 39, of Bricket Road, St Albans, was fined £33 plus £105 costs for entering The Maltings shopping centre in St Albans while prevented from doing so by an anti-social behaviour order, on December 3. He was also jailed for eight weeks, suspended for 13 months, and banned from entering within the area of the M25 for 12 months after committing a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order made on November 16.

Breach of non-molestation order

James Davies, 37, of London Road, St Albans, was ordered to carry out 450 hours unpaid community work and pay costs of £620 for breaching a non-molestation order in St Albans on August 2 and 20 and November 10.

Assault

Tyler Kirk, 18, of Gorham Drive, St Albans, was ordered to carry out 60 hours unpaid community work and pay £50 compensation and £145 costs for assaulting a woman by beating in St Albans on November 24.

Criminal damage

Barbara Pope, 83, of Oswald Road, St Albans, was given a 12 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £200 compensation and £85 costs after damaging the front window of a property in Oswald Road, St Albans, on September 17.

Public order offences

Mohammed Mutalib, 22, of Oliver Close, Park Street, was fined £220 plus £635 costs for using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause a belief of immediate unlawful violence, at Watford on August 27.

Drink driving

Elliott Blaxill, 27, of Rowan Close, Bricket Wood, was fined £150 plus £105 costs and banned from driving for 36 months after giving a blood specimen of 83mg of alcohol in 100ml of blood, in Watford Road, Kings Langley, on October 14.

Edward Thompson, 67, of Admirals Close, Colney Heath, was banned from driving for 18 months and fined £100 plus £105 costs after giving a breath specimen of 66mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, in Hall Gardens, Colney Heath, on December 1.

Motoring offences

David Brookstein, 45, of Beech Avenue, Radlett, was fined £335 plus £100 costs and was banned from driving for six months due to repeat offending after using a handheld mobile phone on the southbound M1 between J9-8 at Watford on July 16.

Marcin Pakos, 35, of Hatfield Road, St Albans, was fined £45 plus £15 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 36mph along the 30mph Cavendish Way, Hatfield, on July 17.

Lewis Darodwand, 28, of Davys Close, Wheathampstead, was fined £135 plus £100 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 37mph along the 30mph B4505 Chesham Road at Bovingdon on May 4.

Julie Ricci, 50, of Rose Walk, St Albans, was fined £200 plus £100 costs and awarded five penalty points for failing to report an accident in the car park of the King William IV pub in Sandridge Road, St Albans, on July 25, or providing her name and address.

Terry Clark, 41, of Marshalls Way, Wheathampstead, was fined £40 plus £100 costs for driving without a licence at Markyate on June 12.

Gabrielle Radnor, 38, of Mulberry Gardens, Shenley, was fined £60 plus £165 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 36mph along the 30mph Shenley Road at Borehamwood on July 11.

Gerry Gaudiosi, 46, of Watford Road, St Albans, was fined £200 plus £100 costs and awarded three penalty points for driving without a licence along Watling Street, Radlett, on July 24.

Colin Buckley, 45, of Redbourn, St Albans, was fined £135 plus £100 costs for driving without an MOT along the M1 northbound at J5 on August 15.

Gary Lawrence, 26, of The Moorings, St Albans, was ordered to carry out 200 hours unpaid community work, was banned from driving for nine months, and must pay a fine of £460 plus £85 costs after driving while disqualified and without insurance along College Road, St Albans, on November 8.

TV licence evasion

Mia Charran, 41, of Lawrence Road, St Albans, was fined £350 plus £75 costs for using a colour television at the above address without a licence on June 24.

Terri Bygrave, 26, of Sanders Close, London Colney, was fined £265 plus £75 costs for using a colour television at the above address without a licence on September 5.

Charlene Hardy, 24, of Francis Avenue, St Albans, was fined £600 plus £75 costs for using a colour television at the above address without a licence on September 20.

Jade Nash, 23, of Rodney Avenue, St Albans, was fined £200 plus £75 costs for using a colour television at the above address without a licence on July 18.

Syeda Khanan, 30, of Longfield Road, Harpenden, was fined £200 plus £75 costs for using a colour television at the above address without a licence between April 27 and May 5.

Helen Hardy, 38, of Aldbury Close, St Albans, was fined £200 plus £75 costs for using a colour television at the above address without a licence between May 26 and June 27.

Natalie Douglas, 26, of Clarendon Road, Harpenden, was fined £400 plus £75 costs for using a colour television at the above address without a licence between July 13-19.

Rail fare evasion

Samantha Khan, 22, of Noke Shot, Harpenden, was fined £200 plus £125 costs and ordered to pay £17.40 compensation after failing to hand over a ticket for inspection at Hatfield station on August 23.

Romelleo Da Silva, 32, of High Street, St Albans, was fined £200 plus £125 costs and £10.60 compensation after failing to hand over a ticket for inspection at St Albans station on September 3.

David Longmore, 23, of Goodlong Avenue, Radlett, was fined £200 plus £125 costs and £3.10 compensation for failing to hand over a ticket for inspection near Elstree and Borehamwood station on September 5.

Drugs offences

Fiona Harmer, 24, of Holyrood Crescent, St Albans, was fined £110 and ordered to pay £105 costs for possessing a small bag of mephedrone (MCAT) and a small quantity of cannabis in St Albans on October 17.

Sulaman Malik, 21, of Margaret Avenue, St Albans, was fined £50 plus £100 costs for possessing 4g of cannabis resin in St Albans on September 29.

Stephen Cohen, 19, of Vale Close, Harpenden, was fined £100 plus £100 costs for possession of cannabis in Station Road, Harpenden, on September 18.

Stephen Brand, 21, of Elm Drive, St Albans, was fined £75 plus £105 costs for possession of a bag of cannabis in Hatfield on October 20.

Ahmer Malik, 31, of Blandford Road, St Albans, was fined £100 plus £015 costs for possession of 5.1g of cocaine in Hatfield on October 1.
