Ritchy Folds: 29, of Saxon Road, Wheathampstead, was given a 12 month conditional discharge, and ordered to pay £500 compensation and £100 costs after damaging a back door panel and several electrical items in Harpenden on June 21-22.

Desmond Asafo-Adjei: 36, of Upper Lattimore Road, St Albans, was fined £50 plus £70 costs for stealing a pair of cream polo shoes worth £49.99 belonging to TK Maxx at the Hatfield Galleria on June 13.

Susan Easter: 57, of Holcroft Road, Batford, was committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for 12 months, and ordered to pay costs of £165 after failing to notify St Albans district council of a change of circumstances which would affect her entitlement to housing and council tax benefit, namely full and accurate details of her savings, between July 25, 2011, and March 3, 2013, or a change of circumstances which would affect her entitlement to income support between July 20, 2011, and March 14, 2013.

Dion Brown: 41, of St Martin Close, Harpenden, was fined £100 plus £105 and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 37mph along the 30mph A5183 Park Street, St Albans, on December 31.

Lee Scott: 46, of Churchfield, Harpenden, was fined £60 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points for driving while using a handheld mobile phone in Marford Road, Lemsford, on January 2.

Milton Bailey: 44, of Sibley Avenue, Harpenden, was fined £135 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 38mph along the 30mph B653 Lower Luton Road at Harpenden on December 23.

Marc Ganellin: 33, of Trumpington Drive, St Albans, was fined £37 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points for speeding at 48mph along the A414 St Albans Road at Hemel Hempstead on January 12.

Michael Cash: 41, of Ver Meadows Caravan Site, Redbourn, was fined £600 plus £90 and ordered to pay vehicle excise back duty of £207.50 for using an unlicensed vehicle on the A41 Western Avenue at Watford on March 26.

Robert Fowler: 41, of Ver Meadows, St Albans, was fined £200 plus £90 costs and ordered to pay vehicle excise back duty of £18.34 for using an unlicencsed vehicle on Redbourn High Street on February 20.

Joshua Mooney: of Spencer Street, St Albans, was fined £200 plus £90 costs and ordered to pay vehicle excise back duty of £20.84 after keeping an unlicensed vehicle on a public road, namely Deerswood Avenue, Hatfield, on March 10.

Danieel Tarren: of Watsons Walk, St Albans, was fined £135 plus £90 costs and ordered to pay vehicle excise back duty of £7.50 for keeping an unlicensed vehicle on a public road, namely Old London Road, St Albans, on February 24.

David Vyse: 57, of Oldfield Road, London Colney, was fined £400 plus £90 costs and ordered to pay £270.84 vehicle excise back duty for keeping an unlicensed vehicle on a public road at Five Acres Road, London Colney, on February 3.

Ray Curtis: 53, of Hopkins Crescent, Sandridge, was fined £600 plus £90 costs and awarded £273.34 costs after keeping an unlicensed vehicle on a public road at Floral Drive, St Albans, on February 24.

Tahir Ibrahim: 28, of Bricket Road, St Albans, was fined £110 plus £220 costs for failing to stop his vehicle when required to do so by a constable in uniform, in Colney Heath Lane, St Albans, on May 3.

Nicholas Erotokritou: 29, of Nurseries Road, Wheathampstead, was fined £135 plus £110 costs for failing to provide notification of a transfer of vehicle ownership, at Houghton Regis on October 2.

Gordon Taylor: 51, of Ely Road, St Albans, was fined £300 plus £155 costs and was awarded three penalty points for driving without a licence, MOT or tax disc along Hatfield Road, St Albans on January 7.

William Ong: 27, of Antonine Gate, St Albans, was fined £200 plus £105 costs and awarded five penalty points for driving without due care and attention on Verulam Road at the roundabout with Bluehouse Hill, on December 17, failing to see and colliding with a 64-year-old cyclist, causing him a fractured thigh bone and facial lacerations.

Matthew Bush: 41, of Beechwood Avenue, St Albans, was fined £200 plus £105 costs and awarded three penalty points after speeding at 37mph along the 30mph A1057 Hatfield Road, St Albans, on January 3.

Kevin Luckhurst: 58, of Crouch Hall Lane, Redbourn, was fined £1,330 plus £205 costs and was banned from driving for six months after speeding along the 30mph B653 Lower Luton Road at Harpenden on January 31.

Izazur Rahman: 18, of Creighton Avenue, St Albans, was fined £100 plus £105 costs for possession of two small wraps of cocaine in St Albans on June 24.
