Patrick Roache: 65, of Hillside Road, St Albans, was fined £560 plus £141 costs for failing to notify the Department of Work and Pensions and St Albans District Council of changes in circumstances which would affect his entitlement to pension credit and housing benefit and council tax benefit, namely that he was working, between October 25 2010 and July 14 2013.

James Wright: 38, of Caesars Road, Wheathampstead, was made subject of a restraining order and instructed to pay £145 costs after pursuing a course of harassment between August 9 and 27.

Robert Boden: 55, of Cottonmill Crescent, St Albans, was fined £110 plus £105 costs after being found in possession of 5.177g of cocaine at Hatfield on October 8.

Michael Ellis: 22, of Alban Avenue, St Albans, was placed under a curfew from 8pm-7am daily for eight weeks, and ordered to pay costs of £105 after using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause harassment, alarm or distress, in St Albans on January 22.

Elizabeth Hardy: 29, of Green Lane, St Albans, was fined £400 plus £160 costs for using a television without a licence at the above address on September 12.

Fiona Ross: 42, of Margaret Avenue, St Albans, was fined £37 plus £140 costs for using a television without a licence at the above address between August 29 and September 13.

Melanie Dunne: 43, of Creighton Avenue, St Albans, was fined £600 and ordered to pay costs of £180 for using a TV without a licence at the above address on December 16, 2013.

Wiliam Thomas: 48, of Sandpit Lane, St Albans, was fined £150 and ordered to pay costs of £130 for driving a vehicle without insurance at Luton on July 18, 2013.

Dominic Beale: 27, of Doggets Way, St Albans, was fined £200 and ordered to pay costs of £130 for driving a vehicle without insurance at St Albans on October 11, 2013.

Duncan Bailey: 38, of Watling Street, Radlett, was fined £200 and ordered to pay costs of £130 for driving a vehicle without insurance at Radlett on October 8, 2013.

Mary Anne Bentley-Walls: 41, of Lybury Lane, Redbourn, was fined £100, ordered to pay costs of £105 and awarded four penalty points on her licence for driving at 41mph on the 30mph Harpenden Road on July 24, 2013. She was fined a further £150 for driving without insurance and £100 for driving without a seatbelt on the same occasion.

Duncan Fraser: 26, of Pilgrim Close, Park Street, was fined £180, ordered to pay costs of £105 and disqualified from driving for 21 months after giving a sample of 86mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath while driving in Watling Street, St Albans on March 8.

Roger Gratte: 68, of Radlett Road, Colney Street, was fined £625, ordered to pay costs of £147 and disqualified from driving for 42 months after giving a sample of 72mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath while driving in Radlett on March 12.

Vasilie Miron: 32, of Spicer Street, St Albans, was fined £120 and ordered to pay compensation of £50 and costs of £105 for assaulting a police offcer in the execution of his duties in St Albans on March 6.

Arab Miah: 41, of Doggetts Way, St Albans, was £420 and ordered to pay compensation of £2,000 and costs of £680 for assault in St Albans on November 18, 2013.

Benjamin Bell: 19, of Blueberry Close, St Albans, was committed to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months, ordered to pay compensation of £50 and costs of £100 for assaulting a detention office at Hatfield Police Station on June 26, 2013. He was also committed to detention for four weeks suspended for 12 for failing to surrender to custody at Central Herts Magistrates Court on February 20 and fined £37 and ordered to pay costs of £20 for using threatening, abusive of insulting words or disorderly beviour in St Albans on November 30, 2013.

Hadyn Runnacles: 21, od Alexander Road, London Colney was fined £65 and ordered to pay costs of £105 for drunk and disorderly behaviour in London Coley on March 8.

Nasir Hanif: 37, of Northfield Road, Harpenden, was fined £200 and ordered to pay compensation of £3.80 and compensation of £140 for failing to hand over a valid ticket for inspection whole travelling by train at St Albans station on December 11, 2013.

Jamie Telkman: 21, of Salisbury Avenue, St Albans, was fined £115 and ordered to pay compensation of £11 and compensation of £140 for failing to hand over a valid ticket for inspection whole travelling by train at St Albans station on December 5, 2013.
