Motoring offences

Stephen Rutherford, 40, of High Street, Flamstead, was fined £200 and ordered to pay costs of £125 for owning a vehicle without the required insurance in St Albans on September 28, 2012.

Bobby Smith, 44, of Lower Luton Road, Wheathampstead, was fined £200 and ordered to pay costs of £130 for owning a vehicle without the required insurance in St Albans on October 16, 2012.

Stefan Kichukov, 24, of Watling Street, Radlett, was fined £600, ordered to pay costs of £145 and awarded eight penalty points on his licence for failiing to stop and leave his details after a road traffic accident in Exchange Road, Watford, on October 2. He was also fined £200 for driving without due care and attention at the same location on the same date.

Rianne Flanagan, 21, of Wells Close, St Albans, was fined £150, ordered to pay costs of £105 and disqualified from driving for 12 months for driving a vehicle without the required insurance in Bricket Wood on August 22, 2012. She was also fined £100 for driving without a valid licence on the same occasion.

Anthony Keating, 45, of Harper Lane, Shenley, was fined £50, ordered to pay costs of £100 and awarded three penalty points on his licence for using a hand-held mobile phone while driving in Watling Street, Radlett, on September 13, 2012.

Drink driving

Michael Beach, 24, of Springfield Road, Smallford, was fined £110, ordered to pay costs of £105 and disqualified from driving for 21 months after giving a sample of 86mcg alcohol per 100ml of breath in Cottonmill Lane, St Albans on March 13.

Denyelle Noble, 23, of Jordans Way, Bricket Wood, was fined £280, ordered to pay costs of £113 and disqualified from driving for 17 months after giving a sample of 60mcg alcohol per 100ml of breath while driving in Bricket Wood on March 12.

Afzal Kabir, 21, of Thirlmere Drive, St Albans, was fined £200, ordered to pay costs of £105 and disqualified from driving for 17 months after giving a sample of 65mcg alcohol per 100ml of breath while driving in St Albans on March 11.

Alison Bates, 42, of Davys Close, Wheathampstead, was fined £110, ordered to pay costs of £105 and disqualified from driving for 17 months after giving a sample of 65mcg alcohol per 100ml of breath while driving in Wheathamsptead on March 9.

Criminal damage

Mark Neaves, 39, of Oysterfields, St Albans, was fined £75 and ordered to pay compensation of £295 and costs of £105 for damaging a car wing mirror in Waverley Road, St Albans on December 15, 2012.

Breach of dog order

Barry Fuller, 24, of Armstrong Gardens, Shenley, was fined £400 and ordered to pay costs of £415 for having custody of a dog in contravention of a court order.

Public order offences

Verinder Rajput, 42, of Hall Gardens,Colney Heath, was fined £75 and ordered to pay costs of £105 for drunk and disorderly behaviour in Colney Heath on November 13.

Drugs offences

Johnathan Rowe, 58, of Swallow Lane, St Albans, was fined £150 and ordered to pay costs of £105 for possessing 10 wraps of heroin at Hemel Hempstead on March 1. He was also fined £50 for possessing a small quantity of cannabis resin.

Rail fare evasion

Ashley Alexander, 19, of Longfield Road, Harpenden, was fined £700 and ordered to pay costs of £190 and compensation of £5.50 for travelling by train without a valid ticket near Harpenden station on January 3.

Tom Eaton, 24, of Grove Avenue, Harpenden, was fined £200 and ordered to pay costs of £140 and compensation of £5.50 for travelling by train without a valid ticket near St Albans station on January 8.

Benjamin Gibbs, 27, of Prospect Road, St Albans, was fined £400 and ordered to pay costs of £160 and compensation of £13.70 for travelling by train without a valid ticket near St Albans station on January 6.

Samuel Knight, 38, of Lower Luton Road, Harpenden, was fined £100 and ordered to pay costs of £140 for failing to hand over a valid ticket for inspection at Harpenden station on December 30.

TV licence evasion

Aaron Frame, 34, of Stanhope Road, St Albans, was fined £200 plus £105 costs for using a colour television without a licence at the above address on August 7.

Heather McKenzie, 52, of Lycaste Close, Dellfield, St Albans, was fined £400 plus £105 costs for using a colour television without a licence at the above address on August 7.

Elizabeth Reimmy, 40, of Woollam Crescent, St Albans, was fined £200 plus £105 costs for using a colour television without a licence at the above address on August 1.

Vanessa Blackmore, 42, of Hughenden Road, St Albans, was fined £300 plus £120 costs for using a colour television without a licence at the above address between October 19 to November 20.

Pauline Brown, 52, of Artisan Crescent, St Albans, was fined £300 plus £120 costs for using a colour television without a licence at the above address on November 19.

Ivor Kellock, 46, of Lemsford Road, St Albans, was fined £200 plus £110 costs for using a colour TV without a licence at the above address on October 16.
