Ryan Kavanagh: 20, of Dellfield, St Albans, was ordered to participate in a Drinkwise programme and pay £100 compensation and £145 costs for using racially aggravated threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, in Watford on January 10.

Daniel Frame: 33, of Upper Lattimore Road, St Albans, was fined £73 plus £105 costs after being found in possession of a cannabis joint and a small bag of herbal cannabis, in St Albans on October 21.

Bradley Pilkington: 24, of Goldsmith Way, St Albans, was fined £55 plus £70 costs for possession of a bag of herbal cannabis in St Albans on August 19.

Oliver Marjoram: 19, of Prospect Road, St Albans, was given a 12 month conditional discharge and fined £100 after being found in possession of 7g of cannabis at Watford on January 29.

Ian Kendall: 28, of Pine Grove, Bricket Wood, was banned from driving for 19 months and fined £280 plus £113 costs after giving a breath specimen of 76mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, in Watford Road, St Albans on February 4.

Marguerite McInerney: 41, of Hardwicke Close, London Colney, was banned from driving for 16 months and fined £700 plus £270 costs for refusing to provide a breath specimen at Hatfield Police Station on September 24.

Uzzal Miah: 26, of Dellfield, St Albans, was committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months, fined £165 and banned from driving for four years after driving while disqualified and without insurance along Luton Road, Harpenden, on January 30.

Julian Botezatu: 31, of Catham Close, St Albans, was fined £400 plus £90 costs and ordered to pay vehicle excise back duty of £93.34 for keeping an unlicensed vehicle on a public road, namely St Vincent Drive, St Albans, on August 16.

Andrew Jackson: 47, of The Common, Harpenden, was fined £600 plus £90 costs and vehicle excise back duty of £597.09 for keeping an unlicensed vehicle on a public road, namely Lower Luton Road, Harpenden, on May 31.

Dylan Perry: 18, of Hyldyke Road, Wheathampstead, was fined £200 plus £140 costs for failing to hand over a ticket for inspection at Harpenden station on October 19.

Kyle Maglione: 26, of Luna Place, St Albans was fined £265 for giving a false name and address to an officer of the railway on October 26 after failing to pay his fare. He was also ordered to pay £3.80 compensation and £146 costs for failing to hand over his ticket for inspection at St Albans station.

David Barrale: 20, of London Road, St Albans, was fined £200 plus £23.90 compensation and £140 costs for travelling in a reserved seat without a valid ticket near Hitchin on November 4.

Ryan Joseph: 21, of Napsbury Avenue, St Albans, was fined £200 plus £3.20 compensation and £140 costs for failing to hand over a ticket for inspection at Potters Bar station on October 17.

Tyrone James: 21, of Ennerdale Close, St Albans, was fined £200 plus £10.40 compensation and £140 costs after failing to hand over a ticket for inspection at Harpenden station on September 20.

Ian Ingram: 44, of Napsbury Avenue, London Colney, was fined £200 plus £3.20 compensation and £140 costs for failing to hand over a ticket for inspection at Potters Bar station on October 17.

Fimco Giovanni: 45, of St Nicholas Avenue, Harpenden, was fined £200 for altering a ticket with the intention of defrauding or prejudicing a train operator, near St Albans station on October 16. He was fined a further £200 plus £11 compensation and £140 costs for not having a valid ticket.

Nichola Newbery: 35, of Street Lane, St Albans, was fined £135 plus £9 compensation and £140 costs for failing to hand over a ticket for inspection at Radlett station on September 26.
