Gregory Gorman: 24, of Clarendon Road, Harpenden, was fined £120 plus £105 costs for trespassing on the railway at Harpenden on November 2, and a further £120 for resisting a police constable in the execution of his duty on the same date.

Miles Marchment: 37, of Down Edge, St Albans, was fined £215 and ordered to pay costs of £85 for driving a vehicle without a test certificate on the M1 between junctions 4 and 5 on April 3, 2013.

Bryan Richardson: 32, of Down Green Lane, Whathampstead, was fined £115 and ordered to pay costs of £115 for driving a vehicle without a test certificate on the A1(M) between junctions 8 and 9 on April 5, 2013.

Scott Maroti: 24, of Coombes Road, London Colney, was fined £200 and ordered to pay costs of £115 for driving a vehicle without excise duty on the M1 between junctions 9 and 10 on April 15, 2013.

Kevin Martin: 36, of Hazelwood Drive, St Albans, was fined £600, ordered to pay costs of £145 and awarded five penalty points on his licence for driving without insurance on the A1(M) between junctions 9 and 10 on April 18, 2013.

Peter Ranson: 42, of Hadrian Close, St Albans, was fined £60 and ordered to pay costs of £115 for using a hand-held mobile phone while driving on the M1 between junction 6 and 5 on May 16, 2013.

ADRIENNE POSNER: 66, of Beningfield Drive, London Colney, was fined £40, ordered to pay costs of £20 and awarded three penalty points on her licence for driving at 40mph on the 30mph St Albans Road, Watford, on April 1, 2013.

SUSANNA HILLS: 36, of Cottonmill Crescent, St Albans, was fined £200, ordered to pay costs of £115 and awarded three penalty points on her licence for using a hand-held mobile phone while driving St Peter’s Street, St Albans, on April 26, 2013.

IAN KIRBY: 25, of Hyde View Road, Harpenden, was fined £600, ordered to pay costs of £145 and awarded eight penalty points on his licence for driving without insurace in St Albans on April 20.

Linda Brine: 39, of Collyer Road, London Colney, was fined £135 and ordered to pay victim surcharge of £20 for failing to disclose to the Department of Work and Pensions details affecting her claim to Income Support.

MelisA POND: 44, of Holcrofts Road, Harpenden, was fined £1,000 and ordered to pay costs of £185 for dishonestly failing to promptly notify the Department of Work and Pensions of a change of circumstances affecting her entitlement to carer’s allowance.

John Walsh: 45, of Bardwell Road, St Albans, was fined £200 and ordered to pay costs of £155 for damaging a car in St Albans on November 2, 2013. He was also fined £700, ordered to pay compensation of £400 and victim surcharge of £70 for assault on the same occasion.

Christopher Storton: 32, of Grove Avenue, Harpenden, was committed to prison for six weeks suspended for 12 months for using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour in Welwyn Garden City on August 18, 2010. He was also committed to six weeks concurrent suspended for 12 months for stealing frozen lamb and coffee to the value of £23 from Iceland in Welwyn Garden City on the same date and a further six weeks concurrent for failing to surrender to St Albans Magistrates Court on November 12, 2010.

Glen Reynolds: 45, of Phillimore Place, Radlett, was fined £335 and ordered to pay costs of £120 for possessing 250g of cannabis resin at Radlett on November 4, 2013.

Daniel Algar: 24, of Allen Close, Wheathampstead, was fined £400 and ordered to pay compensation of £5.50 and costs of £160 for travelling by rail en route near Harpenden station without having previously paid a fare on August 22, 2013.

DEAN LUFF: 40, of Springfield Road, St Albans, was fined £135 and ordered to pay compensation of £3.80 and costs of £140 for failing to hand over a ticket for inspection while travelling by train at St Albans station on September 1, 2013.
