Elaine Marjoram: 56, of Prospect Road, St Albans, was fined £205 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services, and was awarded three penalty points for speeding at 40mph in an Audi A3 along the 30mph A5135 Elstree Way, Borehamwood, on September 26.

Bartosz Bross: 38, of Batchwood Drive, St Albans, was fined £60 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services for driving a Volkswagen T-Sporter along King Harry Lane, St Albans, on September 16, when the registration marks fitted to the front and back of the vehicle were not in the correct format.

Deborah Fegan: 40, of Edgbaston Drive, Shenley, was fined £200 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services, and was awarded six penalty points for speeding at 69mph in an Audi Q5 Sport along the M25 between J24-23 when there was a variable speed limit of 40mph in place, on March 13.

Derek Grant: 49, of North Cottages, Napsbury, was fined £660 plus £85 costs and £66 towards victim services, and was awarded six penalty points for failing to disclose the identity of the motorist driving his Jaguar XF when it was involved in an offence of speeding at 69mph along the M25 between J24-23 when there was a variable speed limit of 50mph in place on January 31, as required by Herts Police at Stevenage on March 12.

Tapuwa Magwenzi: 35, of Tavistock Close, St Albans, was fined £1,100 plus £85 costs and £66 towards victim services, and was awarded six penalty points after driving a Peugeot 307 without insurance or an MOT and with a provisional licence without L plates displayed on the vehicle or a qualified supervisor in the passenger seat, on the A405 North Orbital Road at St Albans on December 12.

Andrew Marks: 29, of How Wood, Park Street, was fined £660 plus £85 costs and £66 towards victim services, and was awarded six penalty points for failing to disclose the identity of the motorist driving his Vauxhall Vivaro when it was involved in an offence of speeding at 37mph along the 30mph A5183 Frogmore, south of Brinsmead, St Albans, on February 12, as required by Herts Police at Stevenage on May 4.

Kevin McLoughlin: 41, of Dellfield Close, Radlett, was fined £660 plus £85 costs and £66 towards victim services, and was awarded six penalty points for failing to disclose the identity of the motorist driving his Land Rover when it was involved in an offence of speeding at 48mph along the 30mph A5183 Frogmore, south of Brinsmead, St Albans, on January 9 as required by Herts Police at Stevenage on February 22.

Mitchel Fielder-Meah: 23, of Oliver Close, Park Street, was fined £660 plus £85 costs and £66 towards victim services, and was awarded eight penalty points for driving a Vauxhall Astra without insurance in Charrington Place, St Albans, on November 25.

Darryl Tant: 75, of Roundwood Park, Harpenden, was fined £240 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services, and was awarded five penalty points after driving a BMW 328I in Leyton Road, Harpenden, on November 20, without due care and attention, failing to stop after an accident in which damage was caused to a VW Golf, and not reporting the accident at a police station within 24 hours.

George Clear: 36, of Windmill Road, Markyate, was fined £660 plus £85 costs and £66 towards victim serivces, and was banned from driving for six months due to repeat offending, after driving a Nissan Navara without insurance in Valfour Court, Station Road, Harpenden, on September 22.

Dionne Hampson: 26, of East Common, Redbourn, was fined £220 plus £125 costs, £10 compensation and £30 towards victim services after entering a train without a valid ticket for travel, en route near Harpenden on March 30.

Stefan Jakeman: 27, of Bardwell Court, St Albans, was fined £500 plus £125 costs, £23.60 compensation and £30 towards victim services, after travelling on a railway without having previously paid his fare, at Stevenage on February 2.

Michael Summervile: 53, of Haig Close, St Albans, was fined £220 plus £6 compensation and £125 costs and £30 towards victim services after entering a train for the purpose of travelling without a valid ticket to travel, en route near St Albans on April 5.
