Paul Drake: 52, of London Road, St Albans, was fined £70 plus £30 towards victim services and was awarded three penalty points for speeding at 37mph in a Nissan Qashqai along the 30mph Drakes Drive, south of Camp Road, St Albans, on January 12.

Paul Wood: 35, of Penn Road, Park Street, St Albans was fined £660 plus £85 costs and £66 towards victim services, and was awarded six penalty points for failing to disclose the identity of the motorist using his Vauxhall Tigra when it was involved in an offence of speeding at 39mph along the 30mph B4630 Watford Road, St Albans, on January 18, as required by Herts police at Stevenage on March 13.

Barbara Chimduwem: 39, of Hyde Lane, Frogmore, St Albans was fined £120 plus £30 towards victim services, and was awarded six penalty points for failing to disclose the identity of the motorist using her Honda Civic when it was involved in an offence of speeding at 37mph along the 30mph A5183 Frogmore, south of Brinsmead, St Albans, on october 17, as required by Herts police on December 19.

David Lewis: 39, of Bartwell Court, St Albans, was fined £40 plus £40 costs and £30 towards victim services after damaging a glass pane belonging to Hightown Housing Association in St Albans on June 16.

Paul Kenneford: 48, of Marford Road, Wheathampstead, was fined £220 plus £9.80 compensation, £120 costs and £30 towards victim services after travelling on a railway near Radlett without having previously paid his fare and with intent to avoid payment on November 15.

Rory Lysaght: 23, of Flint Way, St Albans, was fined £660 plus £11.80 compensation, £120 costs and £66 towards victim services after travelling on a railway near St Albans station without having previously paid his fare and with intent to avoid payment on October 25.

Nigel Terry: 67, of Blackmore Way, Wheathampstead, was fined £250 plus £22.80 compensation, £125 costs and £30 towards victim services after remaining in a reserved seat without a valid ticket on a train near St Albans station on October 27.

Phillip Watson: 21, of Shakespeare Road, Harpenden, was fined £220 plus £125 costs and £30 towards victim services after failing to hand over a ticket for inspection and verification of validity when asked to do so by an authorised person en route near St Albans station on November 3.

Benjamin Carter: 19, of Old Watling Street, Flamstead, was fined £220 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services, and was awarded three penalty points after speeding at 38mph in a Volkswagen Polo along the 30mph B4630 Watford Road, St Albans, on January 18.

Charlotte Bedeau: 35, of Hicks Road, Markyate, was fined £85 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services, and was awarded three penalty points for speeding at 70mph in an Audi A3 along the M25 between J23-27 when there was a 60mph temporary speed limit in place on December 7.

Richard Ryan: 39, of Garnett Drive, Bricket Wood, was fined £40 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services, and was banned from driving for six months due to repeat offending after speeding at 93mph in a Seat Ibiza along the 70mph M25 between J22-21a on October 5.
