Tom Davies: 37, of Upper Lattimore Road, St Albans, was fined £80 plus £40 costs and £30 towards victim services after stealing a bottle of vodka and a bottle of wine worth a total of £33 from Marks & Spencer in St Albans on June 1. He was fined a further £80 for committing an offence whilst subject to a conditional discharge imposed on December 12 for stealing alcohol and food worth £33.70 from Budgens in St Albans on August 19 2017.

Lewis Young: 29, of Maynard Drive, St Albans, was fined £80 plus £100 compensation, £40 costs and £30 towards victim services for assaulting a woman by beating in St Albans on February 12.

Paresh Chohan: 54, of Craigweil Avenue, Radlett, was fined £70 plus £30 towards victim services and awarded three penalty points after speeding at 37mph in a Tesla Model S along the 30mph A412 Rickmansworth Road, north-east of Cassiobury Park Avenue, Watford, on November 7.

James Payne: 20, of Byron Road, Harpenden, was fined £80 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services, and was awarded four penalty points for speeding at 43mph on a Znen Phantom motorcycle along the 30mph Carmathen Road at Abertawe on September 7.

Gary McPhail: 28 of Cairns Close, St Albans, was fined £120 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services after breaching a restraining order imposed by West and Central Herts Magistrates’ Court on May 17, but contacting an individual and attending an address in St Albans between July 23-26, and again on July 27.

Benjamin Carter: 19, of Old Watling Street, Flamstead, St Albans, was fined £40 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services, and was awarded three penalty points for speeding at 38mph in a Volkswagen Polo along the 30mph B4630 Watford Road at St Albans on January 18.

Toufiq Danba: 26, of Alexander Road, London Colney, was fined £115 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services, and was banned from driving for 14 days after driving a Ford Mondeo without insurance in St Albans Road, Harpenden, on July 2.

Lewis Faulden: 29, of Lawrance Road, St Albans, was banned from driving for 16 months and fined £140 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services after driving a Toyota Aygo on Redbourn Lane, Harpenden, on July 8 having consumed so much alcohol that the proportion in his breath was 59mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath.

Rosalie Saxby: 32, of De Tany Court, St Albans, was banned from driving for 29 months and fined £800 plus £85 costs and £80 towards victim services after driving an Audi A3 Sport in De Tany Court, St Albans, on June 8 having consumed so much alcohol that the proportion in his breath was 120mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath.

Stephen Woodburn: 45, of Howland Garth, St Albans, was given a 12 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £50 compensation, £85 costs and £20 towards victim services after assaulting a man by beating in St Albans on June 30, and being drunk and disorderly at Marlborough School on the same date.

Richard Smith: 43, of Stanley Avenue, St Albans, was made subject to a restraining order until July 25 2020 and fined £1,00 plus £85 costs and £50 towards victim services after assaulting a woman by beating and assaulting a man by beating in Hemel Hempstead on June 20.

Chris Cairncross: 29, of Holyrood Crescent, St Albans, was fined £40 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services after stealing two bottles of beer worth £4 from Tesco in St Albans on May 31.

Helen Crabtree: 24, of Lemsford Road, St Albans, was fined £440 plus £85 costs and £44 towards victim services, and was banned from driving for six months due to repeat offending after speeding at 55mph in a Volkswagen Golf along the 30mph Grace Way, north of Vardon Road, Stevenage, on February 5.

Adam Luckwell: 43, of Douglas Road, Harpenden, was banned from driving for six months due to repeat offending, and was fined £660 plus £85 costs and £66 towards victim services after refusing to identify the motorist driving his Volvo XC90 when it was involved in an offence, as required by Herts Police at Stevenage on October 23.

Lee Palmer: 20, of Cotlandswick, London Colney, was fined £120 plus £85 costs and £30 towards victim services, and was banned from driving for 12 months due to repeat offending after driving a Ford Fiesta without insurance, and with a provisional licence but without L plates in Griffiths Way, St Albans on September 16.
