THE FLOW of traffic is likely to be disrupted in St Albans this evening because of a collapsed manhole.
Temporary traffic management is in place at the top of Hatfield Road near the junction of St Peters Street while repairs are completed.
Herts Highways anticipate the repairs could disrupt tomorrow morning’s rush hour.
