FIVE thousand people are expected to visit the Childwickbury estate in St Albans over the weekend, to enjoy a wide range of arts and crafts at the annual three-day arts fair.
The combination of warm weather and blue skies today, Friday, drew huge crowds on the first day of the Childwickbury Arts Fair.
The event, hosted at the historic estate’s Victorian brick stables, showcases painters, illustrators, potters, sculptors, print makers, jewellers, wood, glass and textiles.
The arts fair, celebrating its 10th anniversary, has over 60 artists, live music, fresh food, a licensed bar, with live music all day Saturday and Sunday (July 6-7).
