Police have released a CCTV image after a purse belonging to a woman in her 70s was stolen in Harpenden, and her cards were used to withdraw cash.

The purse was stolen on Monday, August 20.

PC David Vass said: “We believe the man pictured was in the area around the time of the theft and he could have vital information that will help the investigation.”
