POLICE investigating thefts from a chocolate shop in St Albans, on the past two Valentine’s Days, have released CCTV images of a man they would like to speak to in connection with their enquiries.
Both incidents occurred at Hotel Chocolat in the Maltings, at around 2.35pm. On the most recent occasion, the suspect had a boy with him.
Officers would like to speak with the man pictured in connection with their investigation and would ask for him or anyone who can identify him to contact police.
