Police have released an image of a man they are hoping to speak to following an indecent exposure in St Albans.
The incident happened on Saturday, March 1, at around 2.45pm between Birchwood Way and Burston Nurseries.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Det Con Mandy Davies on the non-emergency number 101.
