Burst pipe floods distribution building

A FOOD and grocery distribution base was hit by flooding last week. A building belonging to NFT Distribution in the Riverside Industrial Estate, along the London Colney Bypass, was six inches deep in water last Wednesday morning following a burst pipe. F

A FOOD and grocery distribution base was hit by flooding last week.

A building belonging to NFT Distribution in the Riverside Industrial Estate, along the London Colney Bypass, was six inches deep in water last Wednesday morning following a burst pipe.

Firefighters were called to the scene at around 5.15am where they found the flooding affecting a large area. The crew from St Albans isolated the leak in the burst sprinkler pipe and pumped the water out of the building.
