Twin brothers took a man into a vehicle against his will in St Albans.
Atif and Amer Iqbal, both 23, are wanted by police in connection with kidnapping after they took a man into a vehicle in Sparrowswick Rise just after midday on Tuesday, February 21.
The victim was later found by police and was suffering from minor injuries. The kidnappers and victim are believed to be known to each other.
The brothers, of Weatherby Road, Luton, have links with the St Albans, Harpenden and Luton areas.
Five people have been arrested in connection with the kidnapping and have been bailed by police, and another who was arrested has been release with no further action taken.
Waqaas Hussain, 20, of Weatherby Road, Luton, has been charged with kidnap and affray. He is due to appear at St Albans Crown Court on March 24.
