St Albans commuters are facing delays this morning due to a northbound line being blocked by a broken down train.
An East Midlands train service has broken down between West Hampstead Thameslink and St Albans and is blocking one of the railway lines in the North bound direction.
Thameslink wrote on their website: “All trains are now having to use one track, this is causing congestion in the area.
“Train services running through these stations may be delayed by up to 15 mins.
“Disruption is expected until 09.45am.”
