BRITAIN’S former number one body-builder visited a St Albans school to talk to students about his career and gym where he recently trained celebrity body-building newcomer Jodie Marsh.
Eddie Abbew, who has now retired, spoke to Year 12 PE students at Verulam School and also told them about the body’s different muscles and various exercises which could be done to bulk up.
Student Dylan Woodford said: “What I found most incredible to believe was the levels of self-discipline he had to go through to get to where he was; for example the food he ate on a daily basis was all planned and scheduled - this was all very impressive.”
