WALKERS enjoyed this winter's first flurry of snow today (Wednesday).
Herts Advertiser photographer Krishan Bhungar captured various scenes around the district as the thin layer of snow temporarily settled.
Rescue dog Chelli felt the cold in her paws and hitched a ride through Verulamium Park in owner Joan Brewer's mobility trolley. She said: "Chelli is glad for a lift now and again."
More snow is forecast for the remainder of this week.
