A 21-year-old has been arrested in connection with a stabbing in St Albans.

Jermaine Reid, of Stoke Newington, was caught by police on June 10 in London Road.

He was arrested on suspicion of GBH following the incident in Lycaste Close on April 10 and has been released on bail until July 23.

The London resident was also charged with possession of a controlled drug with intent to supply after at least 42 wraps thought to contain cocaine were found on his person. He was also charged with possession of a controlled drug after officers found a quantity of cannabis.

Reid appeared at Hatfield Remand Court last Thursday in connection with the drug offences and has been bailed.
