St Albans residents have been asked to keep an eye out for a missing pet who went on the run after being spooked by another dog.
Tilly’s owner, Robyn Trigg, has had an anxious few days trying to find the two year old brindle/terrier cross.
Since her pet ran away from Toulmin Drive woods - near Batchwood - on Monday (29) she has been sighted on Harpenden Road, London Road and in the town centre but people have been unable to catch her as she is so scared that she runs away.
Robyn is appealing for information, adding, “Tilly will be very scared and nervous, and at this point probably very hot and hungry, so if anyone sees her and wants to catch her to try to approach without any sudden movements that might make her run off.”
Anyone who sees missing Tilly, or has information about her possible location can contact Robyn via: robyntrigg@hotmail.com or 07850022796 or her mother Gillian - Gillian.trigg@hotmail.com or 07513174964.
