The pantomime, which features 3-D special effects, has been created especially for the Arena and stars children's TV presenter Sarah Jane Honeywell, best known for her work on CBeebies where she has presented Tikkabilla and Hiddledy House.
Joining her will be leading cabaret performer Buster as Long John Silver and making his pantomime debut will be Cecil The 3-D Seahorse whose world beneath the waves will be opened up as a result of the audience wearing special glasses.
The Little Mermaid opens on Saturday, December 12, and runs until Sunday, January 3. Tickets from 15 can be booked at the box office on 01727 844488 or online at www.alban-arena.co.uk
