ENFORCEMENT officers from the district council have warned a St Albans householder that unless a retrospective planning application is received, caravans and mobile homes on the site will have to be removed.
It follows a number of complaints about an influx of caravans and mobile homes at a gated property in House Lane, St Albans, which has a licence for two mobile vehicles on site.
A letter had already been sent to the occupiers and an enforcement officer has now visited as the owner had indicated that a retrospective planning application would be submitted in the near future.
A district council spokesperson confirmed that the occupier had been told that unless a planning application was received and registered, the issue would be referred to a planning committee for enforcement action to be taken.
