FIREFIGHTERS had to free a toddler who got his leg stuck in a rocking chair yesterday (Tuesday) evening.
The crew was called to Ellis Fields, off Harpenden Road in St Albans, at around 6pm after the toddler became trapped in the support of the chair.
They cut the legs off the chair to free the three-year-old boy.
Two ambulances and two fast response cars also attended and carried out first aid at the scene but the boy did not require hospital treatment.
