Hertfordshire kitchen renovations team named Team of the Year

Harpenden-based Kitchen Makeovers, led by Colin Breslin and Lorraine Taylor, earned the title in June, a success they attribute to consistent quality, glowing customer feedback, and strong word-of-mouth.

Colin Breslin, sales manager, said: "It really comes down to a mix of two things – uncompromising quality and word-of-mouth recommendations."

The business recorded more than 50 five-star reviews in the past year and increased turnover by 47 per cent to exceed £1 million.

Colin handles design consultations, while Lorraine manages materials, scheduling, and final handovers.

She said: "Every single one represents a local family we’ve looked after, and they mean the world to the team."
