Here are the latest court results for Hertfordshire, with offenders appearing at Hatfield, St Albans and Stevenage magistrates' courts.

Hatfield Magistrates' Court - May 5

Aaron Lucas, 38, of no fixed abode, Stevenage. On October 3, 2025, stole three bottle of washing liquids and powders to the value of £30 belonging to Tesco Stores Ltd in Stevenage. On December 17, 2025, assault a person thereby occasioning them actual bodily harm. On April 1, 2026, failed to surrender to police.court bail at the appointed time at Stevenage Magistrates' Court.

Sentenced to 40 weeks imprisonment suspended for 12 months. Must complete 20 days of rehabilitation activity during six month period. Fined £50.

Owen Parks, 23, of Clarendon Road, Harpenden. On October 6, 2025, two counts assault by beating of Police Constables. Ordered to pay compensation of £100

Daniel Breckenridge, 40, of The Chace, Stevenage. On December 28, 2025, stole meat to the value of £120 belonging to Co-op, Knebworth. Ordered to pay £120 compensation.

St Albans Magistrates' Court - May 5

Shane Borruso, 46, of Mixes Hill Road, Luton, Bedfordshire. On February 1, 2026, possessed cannabis in Redbourn. On same day, failed to provide specimen for analysis when suspected of committing an offence while driving a vehicle.

Disqualified from driving for 16 months. Fined £936, ordered to pay court costs of £300 and surcharge of £374. Drugs forfeited and destroyed.

Swayam Das, 19, of The Runway, Hatfield. On May 14, 2025, drove BMW exceeding 30mph speed limit on A5183 in Park Street. Fined £80, ordered to pay court costs of £85 and surcharge of £32. Driving record endorsed with five penalty points.

Juliet Agwazim, 28, of Abbey Drive, Luton, Bedfordshire. On January, 13, 2025, assault by beating in Hatfield. On same day, damaged t-shirt to the value of £10 belonging to said victim.

Handed conditional discharge period of 12 months. Ordered to pay compensation of £210.

Dereck Nicholson, 56, of Hydean Way, Stevenage. On May 12, 2025, drove Volkswagen Polo exceeding 30mph speed limit in Grace Way, Stevenage. Ordered to pay court costs of £85, surcharge of £16 and fined £40. Driving record endorsed with three penalty points.

Chukwuma Nnajekwu, 44, of Walsingham Close, Hatfield. On April 11, 2025, drove Peugeot in Hatfield after consuming so much alcohol that there was 57 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, exceeding the prescribed limit.

Disqualified from driving for 15 months, fined £551, ordered to pay court costs of £85 and surcharge of £220.

Thomas Forbes, 30, of Park Close, Stevenage. On April 28, 2025, drove a Mercedes on Cambridge Road, Hitchin without third party insurance. Fined £226, ordered to pay court costs of £85 and surcharge of £106.

David Fuller, 50, of Jarrow Road, Tottenham, London. On March 7, 2026, stole a B&O Beolit 20 speaking in grey to the value of £424 belonging to John Lewis & Partners.

Handed one-year community order. Must complete 108 hours of unpaid work within 12 months. Ordered to pay compensation of £434, courts costs of £85 and surcharge of £114.

Stevenage Magistrates' Court - May 5

James Lowson, 25, of Homestead Moat, Welham Green, Stevenage. On May 18, 2025, stole a can of Redbull and a pasta pot to the value of £5.15 belonging to Tesco in Stevenage. Fined £40 and ordered to pay compensation of £5.15.

Denisa Toma, 29, of Elliott Close, Boundary Lane, Welwyn Garden City. On May 18, 2025, two counts of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour thereby causing that or another person harassment, alarm or distress.

On August 8, 2025, assaulted a constable in the execution of their duty and assault by beating. Ordered to pay compensation of £600 and fined £400.

Stewart Hamilton, 55, of Round Mead, Stevenage. On December 27, 2025, drove a BMW without due care and attention, without third party insurance and otherwise than in accordance with a licence, on Faraday Road, Stevenage. Disqualified from driving for six months, fined £160 and ordered to pay surcharge of £64.
