A suspected knife attack has occurred on a bus service between St Albans and Shenley.

The incident took place on Tuesday, April 8, between 5pm and 6pm, aboard the 357 bus as it headed between the two areas.

It is reported that shortly before 6pm, the victims and the suspect were all travelling on the bus. As it pulled in to stop on London Road in Shenley, the suspect threatened the first victim, a man aged in his 20s, and produced a knife which made contact with a second victim, a woman aged in her 20s, causing a minor injury to her wrist.

The victims and suspect then all left the bus which stopped outside the White Horse pub in London Road.
