A pair of teenagers from St Albans have been arrested on suspicion of stealing a moped.
The boys were detained on Thursday, March 18, following numerous calls about anti-social riding in the Southdown Road and Crabtree Lane areas of Harpenden.
The stolen moped was seized.
Officers are currently searching for two other teenagers, dressed in black with face coverings and no helmets, in connection with the incident.

Elsewhere in St Albans, a pair of iPhones and an Apple Watch were stolen from the Argos inside Sainsbury’s, Everard Close.
An appeal has been launched by Herts police who have since removed CCTV images of a "young boy" who may have been connected to the incident.
