A study has found that St Albans has the best work-life balance and mental health in the UK.
Research by CoworkingCafe has used a range of criteria to assess the landscape of the nation's work-life balance and mental health.
They've then ranked cities and towns in the UK, with St Albans coming out on top.
The study says that the city enjoys "the best of both worlds", combining a "serene and rural environment" with its strong transport links to London.
As well as having a direct train to London that takes just 20 minutes, St Albans has the highest number of remote workers of anywhere researchers surveyed, with 53 per cent of people working from home.
It also boasts the highest life satisfaction score and ranks in the top five for public green spaces.
St Albans has the highest 'life satisfaction score', with a rating of 7.97 out of 10.
The city also ranks in the top five for public green spaces, with the average home having seven parks or playing fields in walking distance.
With a total score of 72.2 out of 100, St Albans has beaten Sevenoaks (65.7) and Cheltenham (65.3) to take the top spot.
