As another week comes to an end, a fresh round of public notices have been published for St Albans and Harpenden residents.

1. New flats at Butlers Yard
Plans have been submitted that would see three new flats at Butlers Yard, St Albans.
The proposals would see an additional storey constructed on top of the existing building.

2. Adelaide Street
An application has been made for transformer replacement works at the Adelaide Street substation in St Albans.
This would be enabled by the temporary removal and reinstatement of the surrounding wall .

3. Granville Road
Plans have been submitted for a single storey wrap around extension at 7 Granville Road, St Albans.
The application also includes additional side elevation windows and internal alterations at the property.

4. Grange Court Road
Finally, permission is being sought for the construction of a garden pavilion at 11 Grange Court Road, Harpenden.
It would be intended for use as a gym and children's games room.
